Premium parking has horrific customer service. They overcharged me an entire 23 hours and when I requested a refund of the overcharged hours I was denied and essentially told too bad. They kept accusing me of having “changed my mind” when I absolutely did not. I was staying at the hotel across the street for 3 days. I selected 3 days time on the online payment portal. Later I realized from looking at my receipt they charged me for almost a full day more than I originally selected. It’s extremely shady that they refused to refund me when it was their website that somehow tacked on more time than I selected AFTER confirming the time. Do not even bother parking at this garage or any of their other parking garages or lots. This particular one is terrible, way too small. It’s ridiculously hard to pull into or back out from the parking spots. It’s further extremely unsafe, very dark, inadequate lighting and no elevators. It’s very irresponsible to not put in adequate lighting or other safety measures especially in a city that is so crime ridden. All in all: terrible company, terrible garage.

As we checked in to the Sheraton, we were directed to the Premium Parking garage just across Common Street from the drop--off zone. Although the garage space was tight, it was also convenient, just steps away from the hotel. My problem was that I was totally lost trying to register and pay on-line. There were to clerks in the valet office who did their best to help me, but the parking attendant, Blaine, took over and VERY PATIENTLY guided me through the process. Kudos to this OUTSTANDING team member who turned a lemon experience for me into a cordial and refreshing Southern lemonade! Thanks, Blaine!

Overcharged from rates shown on app. Be careful as they display multi-day rate options but when your credit card gets charged they apy more than double. Very unethical and I will lever use this parking company again even though they clearly have a monopoly and don't care if their app has incorrect info.

I can't understand how this garage is rated at 2.7 stars. Good luck parking here

Very cramped parking, could barely get in/out. Way over expensive to park.
