These guys are extremely dodgy. When I returned the trailer they said that I had damaged the small wheel on the trailer and they would not return my $100 bond. The rubber on the wheel was slightly scuffed. Ash said that he had a quote for a $30 wheel and would return the rest once it was done. This was 3 months ago. I have called 6 times and wrote 2 emails and Ash has not got back to me about this. The wheel on the trailer was still not replaced when I was last there 3 months after I had apparently damaged the wheel. They are very hard people to deal with and are very dodgy.

I was greeted by a gentleman named Paul. I told him I needed storage for a 4 bedroom home and he took me to see two different sized storage unit's They are very clean and dust free and reasonably priced for the sizes required. There's just so much going through your mind when you need to move home. And storage for all your goods. This has been one of many things done. On my to do list. Thank you Paul and team

Dear all, Public self Storage Epping were great. I stored for almost 2 years. All belongings secure, dry and safe. Always got email notifications etc. Friendly staff, especially when I terminated from Sydney. I couldn't meet the backloaders (Monarch - also VG) but PSS cut the lock for $10 and assured everything would be in order. Will recommend to others. Thanks heaps

I have now used Epping Self Storage on two separate occasions and have found their facilities and customer service to be A1. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and attention provided by Marie and Gayle. I will continue to use their facilities as required and highly recommend them to anyone looking for long or short term storage arrangements.

I wanna go 5stars but it is not a 24/7 access facility; just normal business hours over 7 days. Because of the STAFF who really do know their business and respectfully comprehend the circumstances that their clients need their services. Really appreciate your help and advice ladies

Straight up disrespectful and rudeness and there prices are over price even tho it’s says you can rent storage unit for $1 month or whatever turns out it will be 380 straight up front.. I had this problem when I was moving and having support from support
