Hello, I never write reviews, but after the amazing experience i had at Pueblo Jewelers, it warranted one. Pueblo Jewelers, and its employees (Steven Martinez and Jacky Martinez) helped me design the perfect necklace for my wife's Christmas gift. I went to 3 other jewelry stores in the mall, and none of them could help me out because they said, and I quote "We don't have the experience, nor do we do special orders". Not only did Steven and Jacky accommodate my wishes, they also were able to call the owner on the spot and give me a discount since we are so close to the holidays. These people are amazing, and if this isn't your first stop when looking for jewelry, you are going to regret it! Thank you Pueblo Jewelers, you are far and away the best.

I have purchased many items from this store from quinceañera rings, mothers rings, necklaces bracelets earrings dating back to 2008 to current. I have regularly taken items in for cleaning and repair as recently as last week. I’ve never had an issue with any of the aforementioned actions or interactions with the staff. They have always been professional and polite and gone beyond expectations to make it right. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing items for loved ones to give them a chance to earn your business. I know I did and have never left feeling like I made a bad choice. I love the family owned and operated feeling of the store!!! Couldn’t recommend them any higher, if 10 stars were available they would get them all!!!

For every occasion and every event, Pueblo Jewelers Diamond Gallery has been the place for me. I had an excellent experience with them again recently during the purchase of an engagement ring. From the first visit to the last follow up call confirming minor details, the management and team has been on point. They have always gone above and beyond while showing nothing but great customer service. I always feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family, and would not hesitate to do business with them again. All my questions were answered quickly and the product was beautiful. I love my gold name plate so much I always get compliments of how pretty and shiny it is. Not only that Jackie has great customer service, she gave me reasonable price, very understanding of what I was looking for and now my mother went in wanting to purchase more so definitely my go to jewelry store always attentive. I was looking around the mall for my mother's Christmas gift. Shopping is already stressful during Christmas but especially for jewelry. Everyone here is so friendly. They greeted me and did not make me feel pressured. Steven went above & beyond and helped me all the way through the process of the transaction. He was so understanding and pleasant. I am so pleased with Steve's service and this Jewelry store, I think I will be bringing my business here any time I need to make a jewelry purchase.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant when I found them on the Web, but after my visit to their Desert Sky Mall location my whole perception changed. I was in the market looking for a diamond ring for my wife and I probably visited at least 6 jewelry stores before making a final decision. Two key aspects that influenced my decision were price and quality and Pueblo Jewelers had both. You will be surprise to see the huge variety of stones, prices and quality they offer. Amazing place, i do not go to any other jewelers any more. There jewelery is like no other and amazing prices. I have bought a lot of great stuff there and have seen so many people be helped with respect and a no pressure buying experience. Excellent experience from the moment you enter, I was helped by Aaron who overall was patient, and helpful when looking over his inventory of watches, he helps you look for what you need, and takes his time when helping you, afterwards they adjust the watch to your wrist size that same moment so you don't have to wait, or go somewhere else for it to be adjusted. Overall great store, and customer service.

Everyone was very professional and nice! I came into get my bracelet fixed and they did an exceptional job, and they polished it including 2 of my other bracelets I was wearing!I was very happy and grateful, I have worn these bracelets since I was 12 as my mother made them for me in Guadalajara.
