Should never ever agree to get the membership with these stores. At the signup these customer service girls says the loyalty membership is $40 and we can redeem it every time we purchase. To see you can redeem the $10 worth of vouchers only if you buy $50 worth of books at the store. And one voucher for one transaction only. When I asked the girl at the counter regarding this she was very rude and asking me to contact the head office. She never explained to me in regards this at the time of signup. I expected more from these customer service girl - Evana. This is total scam i would say.

Although a good bookshop the store manager is very rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I was quoted for a Dr Seuss book $8.99 to match Kmart's pricing. But when pick up time came she charged me $11.69 and put the fault on myself. I'm not cheap but I am fair and would have rather had an apology.

Have been there many times to purchase my teaching resources, children’s picture books. If lucky enough, I can get some great books for a great price. Staff are generally welcoming and supportive, will also give me advice or information on the selection of books. Great place for shop books.

Big store. Lots of books on sale. Love the children books. Helpful and courteous staff. Great place for shopping educational books. By joining the QBD club, there is further discounts.

Upon walking into this bookstore it became quickly apparent that there were more letters than just QBD used in most of these books. Yes, this did make the books much harder to read.

Excellent book shop with much variety and reasonable prices. Jigsaws outside are very good value, they even had one of an R Class Victorian Railways steam locomotive.

QBD Books Doncaster has always been my favourite place to go to and although I've had to order remotely lately, I received my latest book order in a day. Amazing!

I used to rate them higher, but they no longer separate fiction into genres. A little less user friendly now.

I really like the QBD bookshops. Very good prices and they often have things other places don't.
