Contender for bottom rung of all bookshops. Went in Sunday after lunch and after some time I felt uncomfortable around the staff. I don't know who these people are but this place had the worst service I've ever received at a bookshop. Please spend your money at a more reputable place. Also, please hire staff that care or at least look like an interesting character if they can't provide anything else.

We entered the store 10 minutes before its supposed closing time. We’ve been reminded they’re closing in a few minutes which is fine. The same employee pressured us out of the store four minutes before they were actually supposed to close. I would’ve bought two books, but decided to not spend any money there after that.

Great book shop in high point shopping center. A wide rang of categories to choose from. With a orginsed selection making finding the perfect book for your liking with ease. Can't find it not a problem just ask a member of staff and then will assist you on ordering what you are after.

Friendly staff who have been happy to order in items that they didn't have, or notify us when a new book has been released. Only issue l have is how cramped the store is. I take my Mum in there in her wheelchair & it is very hard to manoeuvre her around.

I have been trying to get the “throne of glass” hardcover box set for a year and this lovely human named Indie (I hope I spelled that right) really pulled through!!! Seriously such an amazing person and she was so understanding!!!!

Great helpful polite staff in the store providing a good knowledge of their wide range of books. And they are always happy to order in a book currently not in stock. Always a pleasurable experience

I love reading and would come here quite often to buy books. There is something for everyone for the little ones and big ones what ever your into I'm sure they'll have it

Manga and comics are now very minimal. Often don't have what you're after unless it's very popular right at the moment.

They have a great selection and the staff are very friendly and happy to help! Books are generally priced well too.
