I have always enjoyed coming to this store. The staff are friendly and helpful and the books well-arranged and organised so titles are easy to track down and I have scored some real bargains over the years. My only criticism is the size of the store which I feel bad bringing up because I do appreciate the fact that rents in shopping centres can be steep and store-owners can only lease spaces they can afford . But the store is quite crowded with narrow spaces between the aisles so customers with prams or shopping trolleys have difficulty in accessing all sections of the store. Other than that, I'm happy to recommend.

I am a regular customer at QBD bookstore at Knox Shopping Center. I always come back for the service and amazing prices. The staff at QBD are welcoming and have always been patient and helpful with all requests. The books are always in great condition and the presentation of the store makes finding the books I want very convenient. This is an amazing bookstore and I cannot recommend QBD enough!

A great place to grab a book when you are at Knox City, and much cheaper than the other book store there. My only wishes are that the place was bigger so it could offer even more choice, there was room for comfy lounge chairs so as to make browsing that tad more comfortable, and that they served drinks. Book selection is thirsty work, you know.

Incredibly cheap prices for beautiful quality books. Their rewards system earns you money back for each purchase which makes me want to come again and again. Jessica served me today and she was bubbly and friendly; she complimented my outfit and we chatted about buying extra bookcases to fit more books. I want her to serve me every time!

Nice books, but I got told off for reading a bit of a book I wanted to buy.. the exact words were, ‘are you going to buy the book or not? If not, can you put the book down, and leave?’ Honestly, I didn’t know it was a rule that you couldn’t read books in the bookshop. I don’t really like the customer service there. I find it quite rude.

I visited QBD Knox today and it was an amazing experience! Jessica was very helpful and friendly, making great conversation and making the experience a memorable one. QBD has a decent range of books at AMAZING prices. I will be coming back for both the incredible service and the fantastic prices.

Really friendly staff! It’s clear they’re passionate about their own reading interests, and they’re more than happy to discuss books/genres with you (provided you come in when it’s a bit quieter so you don’t disturb them midway through helping other customers). Recommend!

I stood at an empty counter for about 3 minutes with no staff member to serve me. When a staff member did arrive the person asked me to wait while they concentrated on their computer. After another minute or so I put the book back on the shelf and walked out quite annoyed

Excellent very fast delivery. On the website, it said it would take up to 8 business days to arrive but it arrived in under 24 hours! Amazing speed and amazing quality. Books were not scratched or dented at all. I was really happy with this.

Good books but the girl in the counter with coloured hair is customer friendly when it suits her I guess. For a lovely bookshop maybe good to have a lovely approachable person to serve as customer service could make or break a business

Fantastic book shop, the only reason for the 4 stars is because it's difficult to brouse because the isles are too narrow and you're always in someones way, other than that it's a great shop and great prices!

very nice, for the most part, staff. good prices, would like a better stock on the manga though. it’s kind of annoying have the 6,7,8,22,40 copies of the same series.
