This is a great book store with a large variety of stock - books from all types of genre. With onset of modern technology it's great to see that this bookstore remains in Miranda Fair. I have a Kindle and a tablet, but still enjoy turning the pages of a really good novel and then lending the book to friends as well. I have spent lots of time pottering around the shelves in this store, buying more books for my 'to read' collection. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you are looking for something specific and the prices here are quite reasonable. You can always grab a bargain during their sales.

The customer service is impeccable. I called up QBD to ask about a book and the lady who answered was so lovely. I appreciated her patience in checking some details for me. Her friendly and helpful manner on the phone made me feel like I wasn't infringing on her time despite the fact she was working at the counter. When I arrived shortly in store, she was very helpful again. While I don't buy physical books often, I will be sure to support QBD when I do.

Love some nice cheap books. They now have memberships which is cool. Don't always have what you're looking for but such is life. Staff are helpful and can often order things for you, while also being knowledgeable about some authors etc. There are also some fantastic present ideas here, especially for kids.

All of the staff are incredibly nice and very helpful! A young woman in (very cool) rainbow suspenders actively helped look for stock of a book, and provided a great recommendation when there wasn't any stock, all with a fantastic attitude, thank you so much!

I ordered a book over the phone & collected it in store. The staff member who took my call & later served me on a very busy Christmas Eve, was very friendly & customer focussed. A good experience & I will return.

God I love this shop. Not just for the books but the people are so honest and just so lovey. After a rough day I thoroughly enjoy taking a trip to my local book shop and being welcomed by the beautiful staff.

Old fashioned paper books. No swiping or battery fails. Books are a bit pricey and can be found elsewhere cheaper. But the bargain table is good and 3 pack of books makes it a good buy for not too much $$$

Staff are always really friendly and happy to have a chat about books. They're always willing to check out the back for a specific book, and if they don't have it then they'll order it in for you!

Went in today to purchase Book 6 of the Outlander series. The staff member who reserved it for me (over the phone) was very friendly and efficient. Keep it up guys! I will be back soon.

This is a well stocked store but more importantly the staff on duty today were pleasant, polite and thoughtful when dealing with our return and queries. We would recommend this store.

In an age where bookstores are almost extinct, it's lovely to do an old school browse and stumble upon books worth Reading. Friendly & Helpful staff complete the pleasant experience.
