Walked into the store and another customer was greeted by the employee with a HELLO HOW ARE YOU :) however the very RACIST cashier took one look at me and as i smiled at her, she looked away and looked irritated. I immediately walked out. Just to identify the employee, i visited the store at 9am on Saturday, December 23rd.

A book store is always a happy place. Space is little tight and QBD books are sometime a little pricey. However, collections are pretty good. If you don't find a book, please talk to nice and friendly keepers, sometime they keep the note, search for it and advise you once they are available.

Thank you to the lovely young lady who helped my granddaughter decide on a new book this evening. She was patient and kind, even though it was extremely busy in the store, she listening to what my granddaughter had read previously and helped her choose something she thought she would love.

My son loves the place, prices are fair and their range is fairly extensive. my only qualm with the store is I wish it was bigger! Staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful even right on closing time.

This the my go to local bookstore. Jodie and Caitlyn are a delight and I love coming in for my new reads. The only downside is that they always tempt me with other titles and I spend all the money.

we visit qbd today just before they close the doors at5 pm. both staff members were very polite and serve us great. they allowed my son to take his time in looking around. thanks ladies

Always a great visit. Went in with a friend to look for something and ended up walking out with something of my own... shakes fist! Great staff also.

The worker "tiff" knows no customer service. I asked for help and she didn't look at me, walked passed and said "can't help. With someone." so rude.

Aisles are so small - can never get to anything. Better to look in another store where you can take your time and wont get pushed out of the way

Had a great range of books, staff was cheerful and helpful and overall a great selection of books and bought 5 books myself there.

Always has what we are looking for and more, staff are unobtrusive but helpful. Prices are good, our favourite book shop by far.

2 days before Christmas I ordered in a book and they had it in store in under 24 hrs. A delightful place with delightful staff.
