Visited here after seeing so many influencers reviews of this Cafe. My husband and I both ordered the Cloud with a Americano for my husband and a hot chocolate for me, after 30 minutes my husband got the Americano but no cloud, and then after another 15-20 minutes go by and I haven’t got my Hot Chocolate, we ask the manager about my Hot Chocolate and my husbands cloud, he said for the hot chocolate they are preparing for the Americano they haven’t made and goes to check, after a while he comes and says that they are not able to make for 2, and we overheard them talking that we don’t need another cloud since the coffee is already served for my husband, after another 20 minutes or so I received my Hot Chocolate. The americano was clearly not made out of Lavazza as they told us, it was so watery and tasted like local black coffee with residue at the bottom of the cup, the hot chocolate was actually tasty, the service was so slow and they were not friendly and acted quite rude.

Atmosphere and the location of the restaurant is very convenient indeed. Located away from the main restaurant full areas but located near the back entrance. Loved the customers service as well. Coming into the food, I thought they were good, no complaints but I did expect much higher standards in terms of taste tbh give the price. Idk it wasn't exactly delicious but it was alright. I would recommend this to anyone. Also love to some more signature QuQu food items as well to make it more interesting.

My wife, two daughters and I stopped in for bubble tea. At first, when I looked at their bubble tea menu, I was a bit confused because what they offered was nothing like the bubble tea places in the USA which is where we live. The lady working there was very nice and answered all our questions. All 4 drinks we had were excellent and 2 were like nothing we had before, we enjoyed all of them. I recommend this place. Everyone working here is friendly and nice.

Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The person who took our orders and served us “Vidushan” was awesome, he was very friendly with a smiling face and explaining all the signature dishes in the menu. More over the food had a unique taste. Overall it’s a very nice place to visit again.

Newly opened cozy cafe all the way from Dubai at the OGF mall easily accessible from the Beira lake entrance. Their menu is limited but they assured they’re to expand it sooner. Food was great and prices were reasonable and assured that they use only Halal ingredients as well. Service was exceptionally great. Interior was luxurious.

The menu doesn't have many varieties of food but still the available food options can fulfill the food and taste requirements of an average person. Portions aren't big as expected but still each portion has a decent quantity. Good eating arrangements and the chairs are very comfortable. Generally, food is tasty and in good quality.

It was good. Placed next to an entrance in the back side of the OGF. Food was quicker than expected and it's good in taste as well in portions. They have bubble tea in a separate menu which is not listed in their main menu unfortunately.

Visited to try their signature "Cloud Coffee". Default cloud coffee comes with black coffee. Could melted and still need to add sugar to the coffee. Strawberry Mojito was good. Didn't try their food items. Prices are bit high. Good staff and good atmosphere.

I ordered a Super Chicken Burger, a Shrimp Burger, and their signature drink, QuQU Latte. I must say, the burgers were absolutely superb and delicious. I would recommend adding more French fries to the burgers, and the drink was also excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience excellent.
