This was my first visit to Quinn Auto recommended by my daughter. I brought my 2000 Toyota Camry for the front brake and rotor replacement. I have also asked Greg Quinn to check the engine oil leaks and rear suspension noise. Greg is knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain what needs to be repaired without undue pressure. I am very pleased with the quality of work, fair pricing and friendly customer service from Quinn Auto. I am bring back my 2000 Toyota Camry to Quinn Auto again for the Timing Belt & Water Pump replacement – Grey has mentioned that the timing belt is cracking and I should get it replaced soon. (It has over 200,000Km since the last replacement). I strongly recommend Quinn Auto.

I contacted Quinns last week asking if they could fit me in this Monday to get our car serviced and ready for a long road trip. I believe the man name who helped me was Jay. He was incredibly friendly and was able to order new tires the same day, while also giving me a full quote for a wheel bearing, engine and brake service. They were able to finish the work by the next day while also giving an incredibly reasonable price for the quality and speed of the repair. If we weren't moving, I would never bring my vehicle to any other shop besides Quinns. Great customer service, rates and very open with communication to fill us in with what was happening. 10/10

I had good experience with Spruce Auto in the past so was curious about the change in name and ownership. I am happy to say this is definitely going to be my ongoing mechanic. Estimates were totally accurate, if not above what the final cost was- so no nasty surprises when it came to paying the bill. As a female, I have found some mechanics to be somewhat intimidating but Greg Quinn has been approachable, accommodating, and patient with all questions, concerns and requests. I am happy with the work done on my car and the warranty provided. I am confident that when my vehicle requires work in the future Greg will be able to meet my needs.

I believe good mechanic should be able to answer the following questions: "When will this be finished?" "How much will it cost?" "Is it worth doing?" Andy was not able to answer these questions, I ended up pay $2700 for a job half done. I had no airbags, loose suspension, and several electrical issues even after spending all that money. I wish Andy had been upfront about what dlneeded to be done because I would have said no. Make sure you understand everything that needs to be done before agreeing to anything.

Sadly we live at a time where you're at risk of getting ripped right off when it comes to mechanics, so we're very sceptical. Based on Quinn's good reviews we took a chance and brought our Subaru Forester in as we can no longer afford the stealership. Clean shop, organized, polite, informative, no upselling. Greg, the owner, is good people - if you know that old expression. I have recommended his shop to my friends and family.

Recently moved to Calgary and needed my out of province inspection completed. Took it to Greg and my car needed a new clock-spring in order to pass inspection. He recommended I call the dealership to see if it was under warranty and sure enough it was!! He could have replaced it himself to make a buck but instead he looked out for my best interests as a client and for that reason, Greg will be my mechanic for all future work!

Took my car for an oil change and to have my winter tires put on. Service was extremely quick and personable. Not to mention they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They told me areas to keep an eye on and in the end were extremely reasonable for pricing. Will absolutely be coming here from now on for all my auto needs!

Super impressed! This day and age, it’s nice to find a mechanic that can solve a complicated problem without throwing a ton of parts and $$$ at it before it’s solved. I'm very happy I was recommended to take my car into spruce auto. Andy installed a new rim, changed my tires, did a tire balance , and fixed my window wash sprayers all within a day. He always stays in touch and keeps you in the know. And best of all, his prices are very fair.

Andy was great to deal with. Took our Jetta there after three other mechanics failed to diagnose the problem. He figured it out and likely saved us a bunch of money replacing parts that didn't need replacing.
