❌❌❌❌❌ I wish I could give 0 Stars to this store most rudest jeweller store I have ever went to the lady in ther was so rude she didn’t even want to help yet came by becuz I called her of course and literally regretting that I entered such a store with 0 respect for customers, 0 of everything!! I can’t even use the word “poor” for the ignorance of service beside all this. I can say she was acting like this purposely in this kind of ugly way I don’t even know why but, I must say such bad customer service I still can’t believe I had to go through this, when I was ther just because I wanted to see a pendant she was giving the most ugliest look and service, she didn’t even care to help , who ever I am, what I wear, if I come in to your store to shop you are nobody to treat me in such disrespect!!

Price was fair, lady with black hair was a bit pushy, about me purchasing the ring I was looking at... I don’t know if I’d come back. Apparently they don’t any holds? (I only wanted half an hour to think it over before purchasing Like what? Any other time I’ve bought jewelry at another store holding for a bit has never been an issue Her excuse was people have been buying them all day due to the discount I felt a bit rushed into making a decision.. Would give two stars, but giving 3 since bf liked the ring. (August 22)

I highly recommend this store! I always go in for gold and jade jewellery and they always have super fair prices and amazing quality items! The service is amazing, the staff are very nice, helpful and informative.You can really tell they value you as a customer. I always feel really comfortable shopping there, and am always happy to recommend this place to friends and family. 10/10!!!

We shopped around to find a good price point for our rings and found a price we liked at R&C Jewellery. We had a very great experience here. Customer service is amazing the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The jewellery is decently priced, probably the best pricing in the mall and comparable to some online stores.

Just like to apologize to the business for posting inaccurate information about my ring, the staff cleared everything up, they were accommodating and respectful of my concerns, appreciate their immediate action to help maintain a successful business. Thumbs up for their efforts.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Asked for a particular jade pendant, and to my luck they had exactly what I was looking for. It was a great experience and they have awesome customer service. I will definitely come back here to purchase my jades.

The earrings I bought had loose gems to them, when I complained about it they tried to blame it on me saying I “stepped on them” when I’ve only had them for one day. Terrible customer service trying to blame the customers for poor product quality. Never buying from here again.

Bought a "pure 925 silver" pendant and chain, took it to a jewlery store in my hometown to verify, the chain is way to light in color & is said to be fake, and the pendant is stamped 825 not 925. Over all very nice staff but I'm not impressed that I was lied to.

Terrible service. The little girl behind the counter has an attitude and seems like she doesn't want to help. her attitude is condescending and makes the jewelry buying experience much worse. I would suggest going to the many other jewelry stores in the mall.

Not satisfied! I’m not happy, I’m not satisfied customer for my 24k Pixiu repair. Totally disappointed. If you have 24k gold and needs a repair I don’t recommend here not worth the money you paying for. Sorry not sorry.
