I phoned them and explained what the problem with my car. They didn't pick up the phone so you have to live a message. But nobody call me during a day. I phoned them twice during that same day. Nobody pick up the phone. As I understand that job was not worthy their attention that's why. They choose a job which is good for them but this is no good for the customers. And give them 5 stars for that? I wouldn't... This is a second time I post a review for this business. Somebody found my profile in the Internet and send me a message saying that they are ready to correct a mistake that happened. I went to RI location and have been pleasantly surprised by their service. It was quick and efficient. Just in a couple minutes of my arrival an employee took a key from me and in another couple of minutes he told me what the problem was with my car. Then they fix it with no charge. I don't know if this true or not but they say that the problem was too small to charge for it! I had no choice but to put five stars for it.

For years I had different mechanics how they say: good bad and ugly once too. I had very honest mechanics. I believe these are the most honest mechanics that I have met. At least they have always been honest with me for whatever issue my cars had. I work with people of all walks of life and can tell who is truly honest. My family has been dealing with them and they are all satisfied probably the same as I. As the other saying goes: Like father like son. Young Ranno took after footsteps of his dad who is the very experienced mechanic. I did deal with them for several years and always supper satisfied with work they do and price. Got my car serviced . Quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Labor on replacement of front and back brakes on my Mitsubishi ( rotors and pads ) was less than quoted at the dealership and Canadian tire. The vehicle was ready for pickup at the stated time and the price quoted on the phone was what was charged on the invoice. My whole family has been going to RJ Auto for the last 3 years and are all very happy with their service.

Most honest car repair place. Have brought my car here to change the timing belt and front brakes. Prices were very reasonable compared to most places. One time had an issue with my wipers. Fixed it in minutes and didn't charge me since deemed it easy fix (I did offer to still pay something but they wouldn't take it). Only place my dad will take his car too. Whenever need any major work done on my car, will only bring it here!

Highly recommend. It's hard to find a fair and trust worthy mechanic nowadays but the owner of this shop is great. Explained everything in detail, tells you every little problem with your vehicle and if you actually need to fix e erything at the moment of if certain problems can be looked at further down the road. Very friendly and professional. Will be only using this business for my mechanical needs.

For me honesty is number 1. Knowledge is as important and next to honesty. Personal experience with previous job and quality that was delivered is next. The price is the icing on the cake. Took my Q50S in for a wheel bearing replacement and oil change, staff couldn’t have been better and the repair was done in a timely manner and done extremely well. These guys go above and beyond even topping my tires up with air and changing my key battery free of charge. Really great service. They squeezed my truck in to have the starter replaced in an afternoon when they’d previously told me it would be a few days. They gave honest advice on the repair instead of overcharging and doing unnecessary work like other places I’ve gone.
