Good quality tables. Very very nice staff, with no exceptions. The best price for playing pool East of Melbourne. Very reasonable bar prices. Lots of parking nearby, and the train station just around the corner. Most importantly, a friendly, non-violent non-toxic environment. I have taken my nieces and nephews to play there, and if I had kids I'd take them too. The music is probably not exactly to my taste, but that's just as well because my music taste is generally not mainstream or normal or even very good. Some of the house cues have seen better days. But if I didn't love it I wouldn't keep going back, and I do, so I must. So if five stars is "Loved It" I have to give it five stars.

This place is by far one of the best venues I've ever held a party at. I never felt stressed organising this event because Alex made it so easy for me. On the night he was so flexible with my requests and everything went off without a hitch! The staff behind the bar were ace too, such great personalities and had a laugh with all my guests! I'm 110% recommending this place to everyone, and will definitely have all my parties here in the future.

Visiting from another country & decided to pop into Rack-em-up for a game. Loved it. Staff are super! My first visit, Jacob went out his way to make me feel comfortable. Then another time, got to meet Alex the owner. Had such a great chat. He cares about his customers; wants them feeling happy, safe & having fun. Every time I pop in, there's always someone willing to sport a game & chat. Prices good. Oh & great coffee... Flat white with Hazelnut syrup my fav.

This place was awesome!!! Came here for a friends birthday - the staff were amazing:funny, personable. The whole experience was so enjoyable and I don’t even know how to play pool haha. Cannot give this place a better rating

Have been going here on and off for years, the prices are very competitive and the tables are in a "very usable" state. The only reason it is not higher rated by me is two fold: the live music is out of place and we (and other patrons) leave before it starts and alone of the equipment doesn't work eg. the arcade machine. Hope they improve in the future.

Somehow always end up here and when I do end up here I always have an amazing night. Not to many place like it anymore, most place no longer just have the type of vibe you could say and I wish more did. Friendly owner cheap for the fact it is $10 unlimited pool would recommend going here late at night when it is really quite and relaxed.

Brilliant place for birthday celebrations. We had live bands playing while we played pool, and the drinks were flowing nicely. The staff were so nice and we ended up having some great banter as the night wore on. Pool tables are great quality, we enjoyed a few games of pool. Highly recommend for a good local night out.

An old school vibe pool hall, when its rare nowadays. Good music, cheap drinks, and unpretentious in what its trying to do. A welcome breath of fresh air in a city where everyone is obsessed with doing some gimmick. Come here on a weekend for a good time with a partner or a group of friends and just enjoy yourself.

Great service. Great staff. Great prices. Been going here for years and I hope for many, many more. Staff always happy for a chat or even to help you with your game. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good night out or is interested to get their pool career started/improved on.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff were wonderful...(caring about a stressful situation we were in) Security /door man was very helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone to have a wonderful evening.

Was really really great, the lady on the bar was really nice & entertaining. Made me happy, & made my night. I would definitely go back again, it’s worth 40 minutes driving & pay tolls.

Rack em up is a great place to hang out with mates. They have live music, a bar. There's fish and chips around the corner. It's pay per table, not per hour like other pool halls.

Pretty dated. Most probably an old school place that’s stick kicking. Dark and seedy. Plenty of parking here to accomodate everyone and there was some fantastic live music here.

We only really go for nostalgia reasons. It's in desperate need of refurbishment. Plenty of tables but honestly, it's probably better going elsewhere if you're after quality.

Delicious coffee, friendly welcoming staff that make you feel like family and pristine tables - what more could you want! Def will be back next time I'm in Melbourne …

This place hasn't changed on 2 decades. Very run down. Pool tables need refelting & the whole place could use a facelift. Probably not going there again.

Great joint. Tables in good nick, ATM, snacks and bar. Drinks are incredibly overpriced so that's a shame. $8 for a bottle of beer is just extortion.

Good to go n have a smack at literally any time of day or night. The characters that come out for the Wednesday night karaoke are a bit interesting.
