I went to look for specific items that I saw on the website. It was my fist and will most likely be my last time shopping there. The employees couldn’t be bothered with me. The one lady greeted everyone except me as people came through the door and I ended up assisting a customer to reach merchandise on the top racks while the workers just stood by. Not once was I asked if I needed assistance as I wondered aimlessly around the store for 15-20 minutes. I tried asking for help but she just walked away. I try to shop local but was very disappointed with this experience. I was the only light brown person there and hope that was not the reason for my experience. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase despite finding the top I wanted but suspecting the size I needed was on the mannequin on the top shelf. I’ll give it few months and try again in case this was just a one off.

If customer service kept them in business they'd have been shut down. A lady threatened my children because apparently they had knocked down a few of their merchandise, that I would have gladly pick up if she hadn't threatened my children. Completely forgetting the fact that without the knocked down merchandise your job would be irrelevant. This is exactly the reason I'd rather go to outward establishments where they understand and value the dollar that I and you have worked so hard to spend so quickly in one purchase. Though the manager tried to tell the lady to be quiet, that situation went on to long and I'm sure the lady didn't even write her up which is fine because this will be yet another small store that closes due to no business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...

Came a few weeks ago. Picked out what I needed and proceed to the register. Manager starts cussing someone out on the phone and walks away. Two young ladies at the register were nice but couldn't work it for whatever reason. I just walked the hell out. The shop is also smaller then what I'm used to.

I really loved this experience 2nd time coming here this will be where I shop from on. They have a very large selection of various types of clothing for all ages &styles...they even sell men's clothing &shoes for the whole family...winter coats ....so much selection for the family …

I like this store but the items don't seem to change much I was in a month or so ago and the same displays were up so I had to end up going to another store. But in all its a good place to shop and cheap to you can find shoes and clothes for all ages in rainbow.

This a cute store to find kids clothes boys or girls young or teen also has a women's section especially the deals shoes for $10 if you buy 2 pair perfume selection is also a hit the last a while and the baby's section has a good selection for boys and girls

They are always very helpful at Rainbow they have newborn all the way to plus size clothing they even have clothes for boys they have a lot under garments socks shoes accessories there awesome I will be back soon to shop

Very poor customer service. There are ppl behind the counters you walk up to the counters they took there eyes and walk away. You don't know who is the worker or the customers.

We loved shopping here at rainbows. It had everything we wanted, needed and was looking for at that moment. The clothes are a very good price. Wish I had a picture to show.

Decent selection but staff didn't let me try on my choices with 7 minutes to close.... when is a sale less important than leaving work exactly on time???!!

My first time at this location, the staff welcome you in, the store was a little tight to move around in.

So over crowded with clothes. Barely any room to walk. Over charged on 3 things that had prices on tags.
