Fabulous gym..Great atmosphere...the most friendliest people..staff and clients...very supportive and helpful whatever level you are. No posers just people serious about weight training. Never felt more at ease in any other gym.

Not my type of gym full of people I don't like from my past from college full of knob heads the staff are friendly I whould train thair once in a while but never join up

Love this gym it has a family feel to it but more then anything people treat you with respect

Friendly reception but when I was there the lifting equipment was very dated and not safe.
