Couldn’t recommend more highly !! Exceptional service! Very compassionate! I live about an hour away and had broken down five minutes away from Randall’s. I got my car towed to their shop but being a Sunday they were shut. Had to leave my car down the street and call them the next day to explain what happened. They happily pushed my car up the road and into their shop to attempt to get it fixed. Sadly my car was dead. RIP CAR. I made my way to their shop the next day to get it sold for scrap. Randall’s were so understanding and so helpful that even when I had to leave before the scrap guys got there they handled my situation professionally and kept me in the loop. In the future ( when I get a new car) I WILL make the hour commute to these guys to be my full time mechanic.

Had called them asking if I could bring me car in to fix a punctured tyre. Gone in but the guy said they "don't have time", but got the puncture made when I requested. He then handed me the tyre over and went "here you go, put it on yourself" and I was like "I can't put the tyre on myself - it's gonna take me forever. I'm happy to wait a bit." Only then did someone come after 10 minutes and put it on. I was taken aback by the unprofessional service. I took literally 2 minutes to fix the puncture - the least they could do is put the tyre back on.

The easiest and most stress-free eSafety Check I've ever experienced. These guys made the whole process run smoothly, with online booking, SMS reminder and - most of all - they were ready to go when I arrived in the morning, and finished the job in 20 minutes. I got to sit peacefully in the park to finish my breakfast and then my car was ready to go. It was even pointed in the right direction in the driveway so I didn't need to worry about turning around. I've never had a car check go this smoothly, and will definitely be returning next year

Extremely poor service, when we booked in for our brake pads to be replaced, we specifically asked them not to machine the discs. They quoted us $200 for the work. When I went to pick up the car they had machined the discs without letting us know and charged us an extra $150. When I questioned the charge the person at the counter said there wasn't anything they could now cause it'd already been done. I managed to get them to not charge me for the machining, but they charged me $250 for the brake pads, despite originally quoting us $200.

I researched reliable local mechanics to find somewhere to take my swift for a pink slip! Randalls was not only just around the corner but exactly that... a reliable local mechanic! I booked in easily online and was greeted with a friendly smile. I went across to the pharmacy and returned 15 minutes later to find my car had already been checked and was good to go. not often I walk away from a mechanic feeling positive.. but this place is a keeper

Went in for thermostat replacement, refused to do because of LPG car. Did not seem competent, could nor offer any advice at all. Left me stranded with zero advice..... yea could be thermostat........What a loser, wouldn't fix, nor offer ANY Advice... thanks for being a Zero. A zero is being nice, as a mechanic? You were less than a zero, how do I score that?

I recently bought a used car which annoyingly ended up being (almost) a lemon. Took it to Randalls and they did the most thorough inspection to identify then fix all the problems. Steve went over and above in his service and now the car runs perfectly. Paul was so professional and accommodating to all my questions and grievances. Thanks a lot guys!

I went in asking for a blue slip for an older vehicle that required to be re-registered under the RMS Historic Vehicle scheme. Both Paul & his mechanic were quick to assist. They checked what they needed and had my blue slip done in no time. As promised, they called me when it was ready to be collected. Fast and reliable service. Thanks gents.....

Went here for the first time just to get a Pink slip as it was recommended on In The Cove. I was extremely happy with the easy online booking process and the thorough and friendly service. I usually go to a large auto place in Chatswood for service/repairs and dread the experience. I will definitely take my car to Randall’s from now on!

Randalls is a great garage. Paul is always very attentions and the service is impeccable. If you are in the area don’t waste your time going elsewhere . From smash repairs to a service or even a pink slip , I will always come back! I definitely recommend it

Highly recommend Randall's of Lane Cove. Paul and his team were helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and did a fantastic job in fixing up some accident damage to the back of my car. The back of the car looks new and it was done with a minimum of fuss.

The ecu indicated a fault with one o2 sensor on my car. These guys reccommended changing all four sensors and quoted me 900 for the job. Bought part for less than 100 and just watched it being changed in 15 minutes. Watch out for these guys …

Excellent car service. I did some months ago the pink slip and this time the regular service and always very professional, even a week after the service my car was making some strange noises, took it bag and no extra charge.

I drive from a different area in Sydney just to come here, mechanic is super helpful and honest. A sole business with a trusty hard working mechanic, unlike other larger franchises. 10/10 would recommend.
