We unfortunately have had a really horrible experience with Ray White. We listed our property last year and from the get go it was just stressful. The agent that signed us up told me what he thought the property was worth and two weeks after we went on the market told us that we had to drop the price “due to the market” it seemed clear at the time that he told us the price we wanted to hear in order to get our business. This caused a lot of problems and made it difficult to get buyers. We went months with no offers and no one showing up to opens some weeks. The two offers we did receive ending up failing and unfortunately the commutation was so bad from Ray white , we were given false information on both offers which led to multiple extensions and wasted our time. We ended up leaving to go with another real estate that sold our house within a month. We did have to sell for a much lower price due to Ray white wasting our time for 6 months and the market had slowed down even more by this time. However the new real estate we went with were very honest with us about the price we could achieve and made us understand why it wouldn’t have been worth what we originally thought. Had the agent from Ray white done this last year we would have had a better experience. Had they communicated more and been honest. But they I didn’t feel that they were. I lodged a complaint with Ray white about our experience and was just shut down. So we decided to leave a google review and within 20 minutes of leaving that review I received a phone call from that agent not happy about it and had a go at me. He tried to gaslight me throughout the phone call and deny that he ever told us that original price we agreed on. It was a very upsetting phone called and I was just pushed to take the review down. I then reached out to another director and the next day was also asked to take the review down. I felt pressured and did so. I then lodged a complaint with Ray white head office and no one got back to me. I had to ring the number listed on the Ray white email confirmation and was basically told bad luck. I have received no formal apology or accountability. They did not care at all the stress they caused me answer were more worried about saving their reputation. I will never recommend anyone in the Sunbury area to sell through Ray white sunbury after my whole experience.

We recently bought a house being sold by Ray White Sunbury. Josh Routh, the agent we have dealt with has been great. He is very calm and methodical, which definitely helped when we had to negotiate a deal with the vendor. My only criticism is I emailed twice about arranging an inspection for this property and never got a reply, which is disappointing. But, thnakfully greater forces were at play and it just so happened that on the 4th October, I had viewed a different house in Sunbury and decided to drive passed this property with my friend and I stopped to show her. I parked the car and we rang the agent, who was Josh. He was actually on his way to the house to speak with the vendor at that very moment!. We definitely believed fate was at play. We were very cheeky and asked if we could view the house there and then, and thankfully the vendor gave permission. Josh even went out of way to attend a 2nd inspection at the house with myself and my husband on a Sunday which is his day off, talk about dedication. Fast forward to the 26th October and we bought said house. Everything has gone smoothly so far and we would like to thank Josh for helping us acheive our dream of buying our first Australian family home.

Our agent is approachable. Professional photo of our house is okay. Everything has been described spot on and our house has been rented after 5 weeks in the rental market. It is difficult to contact our agent real time to receive update over the phone. Most of the time we just communicate through email. I still do not receive email from our agent instead only my wife receives it although we have specified that I will be the first contact. Will update review in long term how everything will go in the long term while our property is being rented out.

Visited an auction being conducted by Ray White Sunbury on 5th Aug. In circumstances I was assured face to face negotiation with vendor as I bid at owner bid figure. When waiting for the vendor I was told other bidder had pump up the bid later and was not given an apportunity to negotiate with vendor. I was asked to leave. Dont think it was a fair auction.
