I didn't have a great experience at this salon at all. Went for a colour and cut. I told the owner what I wanted for colour, but he insisted on giving me a much lighter shade (more blonde) that I was reluctant to try, it's just not my style. But he went ahead and did it his way anyway (at least he said I could come back within 10 days if I didn't like it, which I did and he gave me a darker tone). The cut was not discussed at all, and he gave me a very basic cut that had no style to it. He didn't ask me what I wanted or if I was happy with it. I was very underwhelmed with the cut and ended up going to another salon to get it redone. The service was unwelcoming and unfriendly - I was there for 3.5 hours and was not offered even a glass of water. They barely spoke to me the whole time. I was there with another Indian girl and they treated her in the same unfriendly manner, but they were completely different with the Arabic clientele that came in laughing and joking with them. The difference was noticeable. Finally, they overcharge massively. He wanted $540 for a colour and cut - I have NEVER paid this much for my hair - and I have had multiple layers of foils etc in the city. Totally overpriced, unfriendly, and underwhelming service.

I found Razouk on Google after searching for a new salon to try in Parramatta (as I was unhappy with a previous salon), and immediately booked an appointment after reading the reviews and seeing their pics on Instagram. And did they deliver! I’m blonde and my hair had been badly damaged and the colour was patchy, but now it looks and feels so healthy and I’m obsessed with the colour! I also went back a few days later to get keratin bonds - the quality and workmanship that went into my extensions was amazing, I’ve had so many comments on how natural and healthy my hair looks. Thank you Razouk - you guys are pure quality, could not recommend you highly enough. I’m never leaving

Come here if you want to have the healthiest, most beautiful hair ever! I have been coming here for years and can say that this is the most incredible hair salon I’ve ever been to. I did my hair Botox here and it lasted forever! It made my hair so smooth and shiny. They only use top quality products and make sure get the best treatment for your hair. They don’t care about the money, they care about your hair and happiness. It feels like family, I’m so incredibly happy with their service, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! The team are just fabulous they accomplished my dream hair for my wedding. I had a full balayage and extensions done and I couldn’t not have been any happier as I have struggled for years to achieve the perfect blonde! Here at Razouk Hair Collection they made me so comfortable and excited and about coming back every time to get them redone every 3-4 months. My experience at Razouk today was fantastic. I got a hair cut and styling done, which makes me look like a different person. I can’t recognise myself and makes me feel amazing. Best hairdresser ever, this has been my hairdresser for years and I will never trust anyone else with my hair. They always advise you of what suits your hair and if the colour will damage your hair they also give you tips on how to take care of your hair if it is not in a good condition. Will never change them and I highly recommend them.

Razouk Team are honestly the best! They literally achieved the colour of my dreams in one go! My hair has been through a lot in terms of bleaching and then going dark and we were worried it might take a few goes but because they are so professional and took their time, it came out absolutely perfect and I’m now wedding ready!!
