Confirmed booking, made payments, and was told "the curtains are not back from the dry cleaners", now this was supposed to be a suprise for the girlfriend on her birthday, absolutely ruined it‍♂️... Almost two weeks now and I still haven't been refunded... Really dissatisfied, had such high hopes for an all female black owned seemingly reputable establishment like this‍♂️ do better guys

Did my bookings in Dec 2021... Had 2cancel due to unforeseen circumstance (funeral). I was told il only get 25% of my package. Whch was fine... But I've been waiting for 4 months now for my refund. Even after numerous calls and what'sup messages.. Talking to a thousand different people. Initially i was sent from pillar to post... Now they are just ignoring me. Very disappointed.... Poor customer service

Absolutely terrible, they are a scam, please stay far away from this place your money will not be well spent
