A group of mums called into Red Betty last night around 10:30pm of course well behaved and in good spirits from a post function. The lovely host on that evening was absolutely fabulous with us even allowing a few of us to sing some numbers on stage. We were atrocious buts that ShowBiz :)

Such a beautiful, friendly place. Fantastic selection of drinks, great atmosphere and an incredible singer/guitarist is the cherry on top. Vibes of a down-to-earth cabaret, with the extra charm of being so secretively tucked away.

A place for grown-ups - a pleasant outdoor space gives way to a cozy interior with stage and table seating. Live performance events on some evenings. Friendly bar staff and a good range of beverages - what's not to like?

Nice environment however drinks were strange… asked for a gin and tonic and got lemonade, asked for another one to be made and still got lemonade, also got lemonade when a friend asked for a glass of water…

Stumbled across this place and have absolutely fallen in love with its weirdness. It is old school Brunswick, has an hilarious and highly entertaining open mic night most nights and passable drinks list.

Red bettys is one of my favourite hangs. Rose behind the bar in particular is one of the best bar tenders I've met. She always knows exactly what drink I want with zero ques. …

It took me 5 years but here we are, I finally found my best pub in Melbourne Friendly to all , good music (rock 90's) and good drinks (cocktail and 1 good beer on tap), can't wait to be back!

Such an awesome cute bar. Nice hip hop, rock n roll and metal tunes. Not sure if they play other music but would definitely recommend. Bar staff are lovely and they have a happy hour! More

This is my drinking hole as well as a great place to play and listen to music! Filled with fun loving, accepting people! Can't wait for lockdown to end so I can play tunes and see gigs.

Awesome little bar. Hidden down a laneway but once you're inside it's a great place to watch live music. Nice cocktails (and cocktail making advice!)

i had a great night here.. but then again i was playing drums , so of course it was fun! such a great little bar and the sound was fantastic .

5 star bar for sure, small cozy and intimate with a hidden vibe and velvet walls. If they upgraded their sound system it'd be a 5 star review

Entry is behind the alley... With just the right amount of space for a band, there's a cozy outside area too.
