Do not use. Didn't deliver drinks at my wedding. We put an order through for our wedding and they didn't turn up on the day of the wedding. After talking to them on the phone while I was getting into my wedding suit, I learned that their corporate office forgot about putting the order through, even though I had spoken to them several times before the big day over the span of 4 weeks. We asked if they could quickly get the order done that same day, since their rep didn't put it through, but after 3 hours of not hearing from them after multiple texts and calls we never heard from them in the end. I, the groom, had to get my groomsmen and father in law to go and grab alcohol at the last minute. We lost a good 2-3 hours at the reception since no one had a drink. Thanks for making the bride, now my wife, cry on her wedding day you imbeciles.

Quite good place. Some different wines, beers, and other products. The staff is really friendly and know how to answer any questions you have in regards to any wine or beer. Just say what you like and they will pick the right for u. For me the only issue, was the price. Ive payed 76 dollars for a bottle of wine that i found for 62 at dan murphys. Other than that, i like the place

Clearly states store closes at 8pm. After entering through the open door at 7.56pm I was told by a argumentative staff member that they were closed. Knowing exactly what i wanted to purchase I would have been out by 8pm. Called head office to register complaint but no response. Go to BWS 5mins away. Better range and no sass.

I was on the phone with a man named David, asking about the expected delivery time for my order. He was extremely patient and helpful. He even called me back to update me with more information about my order. I am highly impressed with the Red Bottle Elizabeth St service! Thank you so much David for your genuine concern! :)

We are one of the many locked down in a hotel room I Contacted David who could not have been more helpful. They had some wine and crown larger over to the hotel delivery free. Could not believe it. Thanks David and Steve when I rang 3 days latter again same helpful fabulous service service Thanks

Such a fantastic bottle shop with great prices! Sandy gives great advice as to the best wines/champagne to buy - I'm safe knowing I'll always bring a good bottle to the table after listening to the staff's recommendations!

Good bottle shop. Korean 6 pack beer for $12. Friendly staff. German Luxus beer 6 pack large cans $16. Aussie white rum $69. Beers, wines, spirits all here. Yellowtail Shiraz small bottles $5. Close at 9.55 week days.

Went in and asked for simple help with wine. Forgot my credit card at the counter and one of the team there ran all the way down Elizabeth street to find me!!! Legendary service here. I will definitely be returning.

It said in front of the door that it would return in five minutes, but it did not open after 15 minutes. I don't know how long he's been away from the store. I guess he doesn't want to do business.

It's a bottle shop, like every other one around. However the staff were approachable, friendly and willing to offer advice and recommendations. That is enough for me to say recommend them.

What a joke. Refused to serve me drinks because I had my daughter with me. I had not even been consuming alcohol. You lost my business.

Selection seemed very limited and prices were extraordinarily high. I would shop elsewhere given the choice.
