I go here regularly and usually have good customer service. However, you've recently employed a long-haired person who has no customer service skills. When people pay, it's usually customary/good manners for the cashier to say the price, followed by please. However, this person simple glares at you and slides the card machine across the bench in silence. It's incredibly rude and off-putting. After paying there's no "thank you". Basic manners cost nothing and it takes seconds to say "please" and "thank you". It's put me off returning.

Two stars are for the great, Customer-focused manager, otherwise my rating drops to "Dislike". As for his staff, if their efficiency in placing a simple order was as precise and inflexible as their closing time (which may even be earlier than stated online or at their door) I would consider adding one more star. With Dan Murphy's just around the corner, I have an easy choice when deciding where to make my future purchases

Such horrid customer service, bloke with glasses. Me and my partner are very regular shopper at red bottle shop Alexandria (are there everyday if not every second day) the one day I do not bring anything but my bank card I get refused service. I was there earlier that same day and HE KNOWS US from previous incident a while ago. Disgusting service, customer service is not for you.

A shop with a great selection of craft beers especially for those looking for a bit of variety and interesting flavours. Staff is friendly and I asked for the one with the highest ABV and I got Persistence II with a massive 12.2% and that's one happy customer :)

Chill place to pick up a convenient wine or fridge bevvy. I'm a sicker for a cheap strong Shiraz and they had a few brands going for as low as $6. Their ATM was out of order last I saw. Easy to park. Open late ✨, til 10:55 I believe!

This is a great place and only place in the area open till late. The staff is very helpful in picking things. Every time I've been there they have been friendly and happy to help!!!!
