Will never visit again! I am totally unhappy with my haircut. Even though I have shown you the pictures for the haircut that I have wanted, it turned out to be a disaster. The owner tried to justify with lots of excuses. If you could not come out with the haircut that I have requested, please just let me know in advance or at least discuss with me upfront. Not when it is all done and turned out to be something that I could not accept at all. I understand there will be slight variation between pictures and final outcome but the difference is way too much. In a nutshell, I am utterly disappointed with your services and this will be the last time I am visiting your hair salon. One unhappy and disgruntled customer.

My wife had bad experience perming hair. She was quoted certain amount for perm but was charged extra $35 on completion. She understood that setting or blow drying was included in quoted price as part of perming process. She was not told that to have hair roller set for styling, it would cost an extra $35. Manager tried to charge her extra for this. Is this fair? After negotiation, paid extra $20 on top of initially agreed price of $150. What a rip off ! Unethical ! Never go back again.

I have been going to Remong Hair & Beauty for awhile now and I always love the way they cut, colour, wash my hair and pamper my scalp. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Most of all, they have the knowledge, experience and I thoroughly enjoy the fantastic, friendly and personal service from Lavina, Lisa etc.

I am AMAZED by the quality and pricing of this service. The staff are so warm and conversational, the store was immaculate and MY HAIR omg:’) i got a colour, an A grade massage at the basins & a beautiful new colour and style to show off to my partner and my daughter Thank You so much ladies!!

Great place to get a hair cut and straightening done. Very lovely, friendly and caring owner, who listens and gives great recommendations around do's and dont's according to your hairtype. Very fast, efficient but takes her time to perfect the end results too. Highly recommended ✌️❤️

Excelent service!! I came in with a awful ginger hair (I did it myself) and I left the saloon with a beautiful golden colour. They did an great job without using bleach and I also had a nice conversation. I definitely will go back next month.

Accomodating and friendly service. If I have some crazy idea about hair style, they will make sure it is workable first. Sometimes the outcome is not the way I thought it would be, but it’s the better version!
