The post office staff are so terrible. Beyond the fact that sending/receiving by mail is only kept alive by online shopping... the system for collecting packages is inherently flawed. I had 2 missed slips, one with my married name and one with my maiden name. Same address. The woman refused my drivers license saying I must have something from the gov't with my maiden name. Fine. Provide my SIN card. She says that is not good enough - then has the nerve to scold me for showing my SI number "you shouldn't do that, if someone is good with numbers they could steal your identity". First of all...let's get this straight...this card is all someone would need to steal my IDENTITY yet it's not enough proof for me to collect my $25 package. It's a number that IDs me and only me, have had it since birth, but.... nope. Insists I need my BIRTH CERTIFICATE. I can pick up my grandparents prescriptions without a single piece of ID and yet you need a birth certificate for a package. Can we also consider that had I been home when the package was delivered, the person would have simply handed to me and been on his way. I could be anyone. The bloody gardener. They don't ask me for my drivers license or birth certificate. So as long as the human is in the house that matches the address, we're cool, they'll just give the package to anyone, but if you have ID that matches the address and the bloody slip, god forbid you attempt to collect your package. This is the only post office location I have ever had trouble with. There's one person there in particular who is so socially inept it's mind boggling. Entire lunch break wasted.

I have always used this location as my flex address and I never encountered any problems with someone else living at my address to pick up my parcel with a copy of my email notice until two days ago. They refused to give the item, even though they had a copy of my email which clearly states "Someone else who lives at your address can pick up your parcel for you if they show their ID with the same address.". I attended at this location yesterday to pick up my parcel and I spoke with the woman about it and she said 'no, it can not be done, I called Canada Post myself'. I advised her that several times I had someone else pick up my parcel and she repeated again that she checked this out with Canada Post herself. I replied that if it was so, then my email would not state it was possible. She was very rude and I have lodged a complaint with Canada Post. This is not the kind of personnel that should be representing Canada Post and Pharma Prix should not have this kind of attitude towards customers. When I pick up parcels, I always make a purchase there but I have now changed my flex address and will do business elsewhere!

To the employee who felt it necessary to tell me that my dog was unwelcome in the store today, I feel truly sorry for you. If it makes you feel better about yourself by patronizing me about my dog, then your life must be truly miserable. First of all, my husband and I have both been told that we were permitted to bring our dog into the store. It is your job to make sure everyone on your staff is aware of store policy, so if there is some miscommunication with your clients, that is your failure as a manager. Secondly, you must be missing a few brain cells if you think your excuse that "some customers have allergies and only service dogs are allowed inside" proves anything more than your own ignorance. For your improved education, I should let you know that people who are allergic to dogs, are allergic to ALL dogs..whether they're service dogs or not. After my unpleasant encounter with you, I think you should know that I was told by both a customer and a staff worker at the post office that my dog was extremely well behaved and lovely. So well done miserable woman. Well done.

I wish I could give zero for a rating. I was at this post office in February with 3 parcels to be delivered internationally. I told the person there that I wanted the parcels delivered anywhere within 3-4 weeks' time and I was willing to pay the cost. I paid over $280 - that's fine - however, I was told they would be delivered within approximately 4 weeks. Well, here we are in April, and the packages have not been delivered! I had a delivery notice for two parcels to pick up. I went to this post office and waited over a half hour while they searched for the packages. I received one item - they had me sign for it, but didn't tell me I was signing for BOTH parcels. Now, they can't find the second item, and since I've "signed" for it, it can't be traced! What? I am NEVER going back to this post office! I understand if they are busy, and it's my choice to wait. I was fine with that, but having me sign for something without telling me that I'm signing for two items is NOT acceptable!

Really really awful pharmacy. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3+ years and it’s very rare that my experience is positive. I understand that they’re extremely busy and I try to be kind and patient but some of the employees here are incredibly rude by default (one woman walked away while I was requesting a refill and after 20 mins of waiting told another pharmacist she didn’t know why there because I never asked for my prescription?). Most recently I called in for a refill on a Friday, and went into the pharmacy Saturday Sunday AND Monday to pick up: each time they told me it was not ready yet. I waited 40 minutes in the store after being told it would be 10 - when I went back to the counter a new person said she needed more time? Again, I understand the demands of the pharmacists but the customer service is terrible and it’s insane to have to wait so long for medication when you’ve been out for several days because they dropped the ball. Do not go here!

If you rely on getting your meds delivered to you, avoid this location. They tend to hire non-Bonded couriers like Uber, etc. to do the deliveries. The past few months my Meds have been coming up short and sometimes not delivered at all. The courier tends to just drop the bag of meds off in the Lobby, Mail Room or even outside on the sidewalk door. I live in an apartment and the meds I get are for my heart, blood and liver. I always fear a child could easily take these meds and do serious harm to them. When I notify the drug store, providing they answer their phone at the pharmacy or don't put me on hold for over 20 minutes, they are puzzled as to why someone else would take meds or anything that is not for the person prescribed. Lately, I've been out of my medication for over 2 months at times, having to go to emerg to get some. Avoid this Drug Store. Please.

Reviewing the postal services portion of the store: I arrived this afternoon to pick up my package that stated it was available after 1pm dated for today Dec 17 2018 after 13:00H. It arrived at my building on Saturday but they never leave the package as the mail box is too small so they would then have to send it to a pick up place. I asked the lady working and told her I received the notice for pickup, the other lady who didn't even see the stub goes oh its not in yet. Like you didn't even look at the slip. They scan it and tell me its not in but they just had a shipment and said its probably in the back then refused to go get it because there were so many and tell me to come back later... Well if you didn't have one of your staff just standing there doing nothing then maybe it would be ready for pickup like it said.

If I could give a 0 I would. Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. I moved mine and my husband's prescriptions to this pharmacy to be closer to home. First prescription filled for him he was charged full price (I have insurance). I called store was told call my insurance company which I knew was not correct but did it anyway. Sure enough it was the pharmacy error. Husband had to return to store to correct. Still don't know if my prescriptions were transferred (they wern't as of Monday and I had transferred his same time as mine. Staff seemed unsure of procedure. We'll see for moving forward whether we stay with them.

This place is the absolute worse when it comes to customer service. Especially the postal outlet section of it. The two miserable women who seem to run it are abusive and outright rude to anyone who needs to use the postal services. I have had nothing but horrible service from Karen and Joanne and it boggles my mind that these two horrible ladies even still have a job in serving the public. Have lodged a formal complaint with Canada Post as quite frankly I avoid using the postal service because of these two. Stay clear of this store at all costs.

Called the pharmacy with a specific question regarding my second dose Covid shot, and the likelihood of scheduling it before I have to take a flight. I was cut off repeatedly while trying to ask my question by a very rude man in pharmacy. He kept trying to answer my question with genetic BS answers before I had even asked, and quickly dismiss me. After attempting 5 times I finally had to ask if he could shut his mouth for 30 seconds and listen to why I'm calling instead of assuming he already knew. HORRIBLE MANNERS AND TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE!

The woman at the post office seems intent on making other people’s experience a terrible one. After reading other reviews, clearly I’m not the only one who’s had issues. I used to order tons of things online, but have pretty much completely stopped doing so just because of this post office. Due to work, I’m hardly ever home, so if a package gets dropped off at this location, I’m pretty much screwed. It’s hard to believe SO many people have had this same issue, yet it’s the same woman working that desk whenever I stop by.

  • Alex James

Terrible service. There’s no self-checkout kiosk so you’re limited to two cash registers. One of the cashiers was occupied with a customer who seemed to have a complex inquiry. Rather than open up the second cash register, the other cashier simply stood by next to the busy cashier and kept all of the other customers waiting for 15 minutes while she watched her colleague serve the man. On several occasions, he even invited the employees to serve the customers behind him but they simply ignored his request and carried on.

My mother had a really lovely experience at the Rexall at the Kingston Centre with the pharmacist Kayleigh. She was a walk in client with a medical issue and she helped her out efficiently, patiently and kindly. Within 10 minutes my mother was walking out with a prescription for her ailment. A few days later Kayleigh called my mother to check in and see how she was progressing with the antibiotic. It was a really lovely gesture and an all around wonderful experience. Thank you Kayleigh!

  • Michael de Moss

Terrible customer service. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience, and will never bring my business to this location again. Even when I requested a manager I was met with rude behaviour, and an attitude unwilling to assist, or offer any kind of resolution. I was told that they could refuse my mail package if they chose, and the initial woman was so awful that I had to request the manager that essentially washed her hands of the issue with excuses, and platitudes.

  • Cinder

awful experience trying to ship a package. woman with brown hair and glasses behind the counter for canada post was incredibly passive aggressive to every single person that came up to ship a package. there’s just no reason to have a bad attitude with elderly customers just trying to ship something. such nasty behaviour, rexall clearly doesn’t care about customer service competency in their hiring selection

  • Britt

Poor experience at pharmacy. Apparently, they don't fax the doctor even if you send a refill request through the automated system and it says that the doctor will be faxed. They give you a hard time on an advance even if it's a medication you've been on for years. I don't know why I would continue to be loyal when you've made the systems less customer friendly.

  • Kimberly Molson

Absolutely horrible service at the pharmacy. They never seem to check their faxes and I’ve never picked up a prescription without waiting at least 4 hours unless I call and harass. They always seem bothered by customers and have made me wait up to 15 minutes without even a greeting. Will be switching pharmacies and won’t be returning to this garbage store.

  • Peter Franklin

The staff at the post office are Rude, unprofessional and have poor attitudes . I bet they didn't act like this in the job interview .. Management need to get on this , if it happened to me its happening to others. Bad for business! I really dislike going there but i have to pick up parcels at this postal outlet ....

  • Leah Christina

Every time I go in the store, the people that work there always follow me around as if I don't know what they are doing, especially the older lady that works in the cosmetics department. First of all, racial profiling. Second of all, if I wanted to steal anything it defintely wouldn't be anything from Rexall...

  • Adam Saunders

Pharmacy is understaffed and overworked. Their software is apparently garbage that throws 'errors' every time a prescription is filled causing delays. Half the time they say they don't receive faxes; they're so disorganized everything is misplaced or overlooked. It's a miracle they haven't killed someone yet.

  • darren decoff

Typical prices, but great services. I get a call to remind me that my prescription is ready for pick up with no work on my end. Can call in prescriptions over the automated service. Best of all is the friendly pharmacist. Olu is very personable and always smiles and remembers my name.

  • randy randy

Cannot provide usable bags. Both my bags ripped on the way to the car and smashed my things all over the parking lot, customer service had no way to rectify the situation so I picked up all my dirty smashed things one by one and was on my way. Truly useless as a store.

  • Athena Signs

Went to this rexall to purchase products for my grandparents, all of the staff were extremely friendly and genuinely cared about my needs. The manager Kim was kind enough to ensure my products were special ordered. Excellent customer service, will definetely return:)

  • Jonathan Bell

A very indifferent pharmacist staff. It's apparent that they are not interested in whether or not they help you. I've seen people behind the pharmacist counter wearing t-shirts and jeans (meaning they have regular staff help them whenever they are

  • Tzina Jap-kor

They don't have enough staff at the pharmacy. 3 days in a row I've been waiting for over 40 min in line to pick up meds and they only have 1 employee. Had to walk away each time. This poor girl working alone is not fair.

  • David Gorman

Very unhappy with my Canada Post Experience at this location. I ship many parcels every week, so I have had multiple contacts with various Pharmacy Post Outlets. This is the worst that I have ever had.

  • Cayjoy Marie

One postal worker is quite rude.wont let you bring a bag of an item you paid for into there washroom.this one female employee is dark haired middle aged and is snippy in her comments

  • Ian Carty

Awful pharmacy. Among the many complaints, they are constantly out of medications requiring multiple visits to pick up a single prescription. Will be switching pharmacies.

  • ladybugcleaner

Always feels like I ambothering them. They can't wait to get me off the phone. I want to find a way to self serve myself online. Horrible customer care in the pharmacy

  • Cathy Cleary

Karen, in the post office is very helpful and so quick - it was a pleasure to have her serve me. And another customer complimented her while I was there :)

  • med vadel

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, my rating to this pharmacy is 0 not one star. I will be definitely changing pharmacy …

  • amninder singh

Canada post SERVICES always number one in the store. They greeted me with a hello even THOUGH the color of my skin is brown. They r not racist.

  • Carrie MacDonald

The postal clerk who was working on Dec15th at 530 pm was efficient and friendly. Very happy with the service during this busy time of year.

  • Paul Richardson

  • Patsy Trest

Waiting in line 9 people and one cash in. Horrible customer service.ce. won't be back with my business ever.

  • Alyssa Windsor

Least helpful pharmacists I’ve encountered. The rest of the store is nice though.

  • Linda

Helpful staff, well stocked, and with the added bonus of a post office.

  • Ada Kalu-Obuba

Got the flu shot here. Was an easy and painless procedure.

  • Jacob M

I would argue that 9pm isn't late...
