This is my first Google review, but the service I received was so subpar I felt it warranted a public warning. Do not go to or deal with this location. The pharmacist has to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to. Asked a simple question about the availability of a rapid test. They did not have it, which is fine, but he answered rudely (again, not great, but fine) and hung up on me mid-sentence when I tried to ask a follow-up question. The entire interaction would have taken less than 1 minute if he had just done his job. I called back and chose to speak to someone at the front in order to complain. Went to him again for some reason. Although I was polite and actually apologized for complaining, I was berated and then hung up on again. Every call after I have been automatically hung up on. I see from other reviews that this is a widespread issue. Clearly this pharmacist is in over his head, and needs to find a new vocation. I've called corporate to complain, and will be following up with them. I urge anyone else who has dealt with this unpleasant individual to do the same. Hopefully, he will eventually be replaced by someone who actually can and wants to do his job.

Olumide Akinwunmi provided the most unpleasant experience during my recent interaction with this pharmacy. Despite receiving a notification from Rexall that my prescription was ready, when I called and shared only my first name, he abruptly claimed it wasn't available and ended the call mid my sentence. Upon calling back to clarify, I was met with further rudeness as he shouted, "IT'S NOT HERE," without even asking for my last name or other details. Attempts to explain the text message were futile as he hung up again, displaying a lack of professionalism and customer service. Extremely disappointed with the overall unhelpful and unprofessional encounter. Previously when I have called this pharmacy I have also had very similar and unpleasant interactions with this man. He pretends like it is not his job to answer questions and is alway so rude and disrespectful. I am going to leave this pharmacy because of him

My daughter was sold stale-dated pills by the pharmacist, Olumide Akinwunmi at the Rexall on Montréal St, Kingston, once she discovered this, she returned for a credit or replacement. She was greeted by nasty, angry, abuse from Olumide who refused a replacement or credit. This is a corporate owned location, I hope they do something about that little man, train him or replace him. Surely they are not so desperate that they can't do better?

I stopped by this Pharmacy today to inquire about a Rapid C19 test . The Pharmacist working behind the counter was BEYOND rude. Evidently they do give them out at this location …That is fine. But after informing me this he cut me off mid sentence to add “We are closed.” I can’t imagine trusting the well being of my family with an individual who refused to answer 1 question for me. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Really rude people. One time I tried to ask the woman a question about my prescription and she cut me off and told me to just read the pamphlet in the package. More often than not she sneers at customers condescendingly. The store isn’t reliably open when the posted hours say it is open. I will switch to Shoppers next time I get a prescription filled. Don’t give them your money.

Even though the rexall website advertised walk-ins, the pharmacist said that he is too busy and is choosing not to accept walk-ins for flu or covid vaccination. He advised booking appointments for vaccination and he will accept them on case by case basis. Otherwise, the store was clean and warm, and we went to see Joel at Hotel Dieu Lovell Drugs for walk-ins with no issues.

Horribly rude staff. They cut me off multiple times before letting me explain my situation. Then were annoyed that they actually had to work. The main pharmacist is incredibly disrespectful, I don’t understand how this location is still open.

They got my prescriptions ready really fast. They even do free delivery so I don't have to walk there and pick it up with my bum foot. Very courteous and professional, the delivery guy is always nice and pleasant

Terrible customer service. Made a mistake with a prescription and refused to take responsibility. Told me to go to a walk-in clinic even though none were open and hung up on me. Won’t be returning here.

Pharmacy straight outta the twilight zone - it's *only* a pharmacy, and the two times I've stopped in the has been just a one pharmacist, working alone in a big glass bubble.

Awful place. Went in to pick up a Libre Sensor and they acted like they never heard of them before. They should also try smiling. I will go to Shoppers next time

Curious, efficient and well organized. The vaccination proceeded as expected without incident. I would certainly go back for next year’s Covid and flu shots.

Place is a mess, rude service from the manager & doesn't do walk in's for the booster even though he told me personally that they do.

Went to pick up a couple of items on my way home this afternoon, and the Pharmacist wasn't wearing a mask. Won't be returning.

If you are going to get the flu shot... I highly recommend going here... Most painless needle I have ever gotten.
