DO NOT go to this pharmacy. **618 and 647 Broadway have Ready Meds and White Cross Pharmacy****. It took 1 HOUR 35 MINUTES to get my prescription. It will take you that long too. They 1) Kept insisting they didn't have my prescription even though I called FIVE minutes after my doctor sent it to them 2) Had to go in person to get it and only after I kept insisting. They were annoyed at me for telling them they should have it and look at that when they double checked they did have it 3) Gave me a refill for a drug I didn't ask for. Literally didn't ask for it and they gave it to me. 4) Forgot the refill of the drug I did need. 5) Told me I didn't have insurance when I did. I had to insist and when they finally checked I of course, did. 6) Didn't apologize for any of this. 7) When I asked about why this would happen they angrily (bear in mind I asked calmly and in no rude fashion) told me that the fax must have got lost in a big pile of faxes but this makes absolute ZERO sense b/c I called FIVE minutes after the doctor sent it in so it would either be at or near the top. 8) All this accounted to 1 hr 35 minutes of waiting time during a pandemic. I am transferring all my prescriptions hence forth but I implore you not to go here. They are rude. They do not want to double check. They do not want to give you your insurance even though it costs them no financial loss. But putting it through costs them time and they have no patience to do a good job. 9) If you are not assertive they will walk all over you. They don't want to fill your prescription. They will insist they don't have it. They don't want to put your insurance through. They will insist you don't have it. They will be angry at you for having a voice. 10) Also one of the attendants working there didn't even know anything about any of the prescription medication I was on. When I asked about interactions she literally had no clue and was very confused. She didn't even know what she was ringing up. 11) The other woman did know but failed to tell me about my new prescription even though all pharmacists are required to ask you if you desire to be informed on new medication. She didn't ask. She wanted it to be speedy. I had to ask to get the information.

Absolutely awful management / customer service at this location. Every time I go in there I have an issue. One time, I was in a hurry and trying to buy one thing. The cashier was extremely pushy trying to get me to sign up for an airmiles card, even though I said I was not interested about 5 times. Eventually I relented and said yes because I needed to get out of there. Ended up throwing the card in the trash. Clearly they had to meet some quota of giving out these cards. Another time I went to the post office (which, by the way, is never properly staffed and there's always a long line). I had some old postage and I knew that I needed to add more. I asked the cashier a very specific question: "How much additional postage do I need?" She chastised me about using old stamps, saying in a rude tone "Where did you get these stamps?!" I said I'd had them from years ago and I asked if they were still good. The cashier did not answer my question and proceeded to add a sticker to my letter and before I could say anything put it in the lettermail. Then charged me 90c. That is NOT what I had asked her to do. I had asked her HOW MUCH postage I needed. I had more stamps at home and would have used those. Didn't want to make a big deal over it because it's only 90c so who cares, but it was annoying. The final time, I went in to look at the magazines. One of those subscription leaflets fell out of the magazine I was looking at. I put the magazine back on the shelf. Then I picked up the leaflet and put it back on the shelf, right in front of the magazine it had come from. A security guard proceeded to come up and rudely harass me about that I shouldn't be doing that, which magazine did it come from, etc etc. Should have just left the leaflet on the ground so people could step on it Unfortunately, this store is my local parcel pick up for Canada Post, so I'll have to step foot in there again for this, but other than that I will not be back. I will go to the location at Stafford and Corydon, which always has pleasant staff who listen. Honestly, I have a hard time believing that these two stores are even part of the same chain.

This place is crazy, SOMONE WAS ASSAULTED WHILE I WAS HERE, AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY. Yesterday I watched a customer yelling at the staff because the price was wrong on something, total jerk, watched customers yelling at each other because of it, then a girl started punching the guy in the back of the head as he tried to leave (complete psycho!) and the security guard stood there the whole time and did nothing. NOTHING! The guy was yelling for them to call the cops because she assaulted him and they still did nothing. I felt unsafe, this place is a NIGHTMARE! We will never go to this place ever again. Also your store needs to hire some people, the lineup was well over 12 people and only one person working, wonder if that is the reason everyone seemed insane? I REPEAT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY!!!!!!!

Usually ok to pick up some grocery items. Have had a couple of negative experiences, but management is responsive. My only real complaint is that managers can get annoying with pushing the reward cards. Even if there's a big line up, managers will hold up the entire line while they try to push the reward cards on customers. The regular employees don't have this problem. Some people don't collect rewards. Regular employees respect the customer's choice and they keep the line moving. Here's a quote to guide you: "When there's no line, you keep the customer talking as long as you can. But when there's a line, you push the customers through as fast as you can." Trust me. I used to do customer service. Customers like a fast line on busy days.

Who ever counted my prescription took 7 pills because they claim I have 70 when in fact there was only 63 pills in the bottle. And when I called they claimed the person put 70 in there. And blantly called me a lair. I don't appreciate the service I got. And will be switching all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Do a background check on your employees. Because this probably isn't the first time.

Nothing but trouble with the pharmacy. Half the time they don't have your refills available, they lose faxed over prescriptions, none of the employees seem to know what is going on. Over all its just such an awful experience the last few years. Found a new pharmacy and I'm much happier now.....oh and don't bother reaching out to head office if you have a problem, because they will not reply to you.

The post office is a mess, tried for over a month to pick up a package that they made me jump through hoops for. Eventually ended up giving up on the package and lost 300$ due to it. The pharmacy also gave me the wrong prescription and had the nerve to yell at me when I pointed it out. This place is an unorganized mess, if you value your time, money and life, avoid this rexall completley.

This location is understaffed. It’s not the staffs fault that line up at cash gets really long. The staff are quite friendly and do a great job. I found that they tend to have higher levels of stock, specially with items on sale compared to other locations so I would come back to this location if other locations don’t have an item in stock.

It’s not the best place to “hang around.” Best to plan ahead , to avoid having to go. I have my prescriptions filled there, and often, the Staff will roll their eyes, sigh, or just take an insane amount of time. I just want to get my pills and munchies, and leave. Staff could use an “Customer Services” refresher.

Very poor pharmacist service and pharmacist customer service. It is obvious that they don't care about their patients' satisfaction. Fine. But at least provide a professional service. In the last issue (I no longer support them) the pharmacist essentially called me a liar to cover his error. So disappointing.

Went there and when I got to the till I questioned the price, as it was listed on sale. The very nice girl not only went and checked for me, but went and brought back the one that was one sale, just in case I wanted to buy it. Around almost 9 o clock on October 18th. Great customer service!

I hate being followed around by the undercover anti-theft people. I thought by being a paying customer, and getting prescriptions would be enough "evidence" of my intentions, but no. I still go here despite the profiling, but not without feeling angry at the clueless dummies!!

it’s terrible experience to purchase a stuff here, I bought a ceraVe here, and after i used it, i feel hurt form that, when i try to return it, they rejected me even the product problem. when i but it, i already ask the pharmacist can i use it, they said it’s a good one.

This place is a joke, they're rude to their own staff right infront of customers, they're rude to customers, no matter what time of day you call you can never reach anyone to assist you. Their staff is NOT trained enough to be working a post office, just an awful store.

Dont count on this pharmacy to refill your prescriptions on time, keep track of multiple faxes sent over by the doctors office or have prescriptions in stock. What a terrible experience it has been using this pharmacy. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I wanted to buy something from this drug store. I googled its work hours. Google shows they close at 9p.m, but when I came to the store, it closed. Please update your work hours on google so that people don't waste their time coming to a closed store.

My mail disappeared in this Canada post location. They told me that package is not in their office anymore but it was delivered in this office for sure. People I know, also complained that their parcel disappeared in this Canada post location.

Very unimpressed with the pharmacy. If you work in so-called Canada then you should learn what a status card is and not get upset with sick clients trying to use Treaty rights.

The service in the post office at this location is awesome. If you want to rent a box, or conduct any type of postal business, this is a great place to do it. Thanks.

I go there PRIMARILY for the Post Office service I have my General Delivery & FlexDelivery addresses there and the Retail Post Office(RPO) staff are SIX(6) stars!!.

It's a drugstore I go there every day to buy the newspaper also have my prescriptions there and get points to get free stuff very convenient

A couple of months ago I Moved all my prescriptions to the pharmacy and the people. There are a very nice look after me.

Some things are really cheap others are over priced however if you watch for sales they have some good ones.

The worse customer service ever, u have to wait for half and hour to get one over the counter medication
