Absolutely mortified after my experience in this store today. My boyfriend had just gotten a prescription from walk in clinic next door.. Because it's right there we went to the Pharmacy in Rexall. The pharmacist we dealt with was great - very polite and nice. She said the medication would take about 20 min so we hung around the store. I was looking at the make up area to kill time as my boyfriend who was in a lot of pain waited by the pharmacy on the chairs provided. The prescription took about 10 minutes to fill and then as we were walking out there was a employee who stared us down so we acknowledged her and continued on through the medical clinic (as our car was parked right in front of the doors of the medical clinic). As I was getting into the vehicle my boyfriend mentioned there was that lady who "greeted" us was standing there mouthing something. Then we saw patients of the walk in clinic turn their attention to us as the lady was pointing and saying something and then continued to write something down (assuming Licence Plate number). My boyfriend then went back into the store to confront the lady and she said she did not do any of that and wouldn't explain herself. Needless to say I am absolutely mortified. I have never felt so embarrassed. This woman made us feel like criminals when really we were just supporting her place of work. I will never step foot back into this joke of an establishment again. If you got a problem confront me don't humiliate my boyfriend and myself in the way that you did.

I always seem to have issues with the pharmacy when I come to this location. My doctor had faxed in 2 separate prescriptions for me to pick up. When I arrived I went to the drop off counter because I knew they were busy, to make sure they were aware of the 2 separate prescriptions. The girl was too busy chatting with her “best work buddy” to pay attention. Had to give her my name 3 times before she actually listened to what I was saying. She told me it should be ready in about 30 min so I wandered around the store and waited. No problem, grabbed my prescription when it was ready. Get home and find out 2 of my medications were missing. The ones from the second faxed prescription. When I called back to ask when they would be ready for me to pick up it was the same girl on the phone. She mentioned she remembered me and it was my fault for not telling her there were 2 different faxes. ‍♀️ When I came back the next day, I was shrugged off. I was quite calm and I do understand that they are extremely busy with the walk in right next door, but come on! I’ll go to another pharmacy from now on.

I wish I could give negative stars! The pharmacist was an absolute B****! On the call she said "Why would I look on the back? I NEVER look on the back. There is NO reason for me to look on the back." To which I replied, that is NOT my question, I would just like to know what those recommendations were. Then I asked if I should continue the first prescription from the week prior and she said "Of course not, once you are prescribed something else you should stop taking the first one." So I asked "How was I to know this?" and she said "Why would you take 2 different medications for the same issue?" Umm.....I saw the doctor for a different issue, which turned out to be an allergic reaction to the first medication . I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy, nor to the Westwood Walk-In clinic attached to it. Only after taking my child to EMERGENCY the next day did we finally get the PROPER treatment.

Avoid this place at all cost. I have been dealing with them for years on behalf of my elderly parents and they have messed up so many times that I started keeping a log. They have even given my mother the wrong insulin. If you ask for clarification, no one knows anything. The staff changes hands regularly so no one know you or cares to find out. The last straw was when I realized that pharmacare covers the Freestyle Libre 2 sensors for my mother's diabetes and I went to ask them about it. They told me I was wrong, and I told them to go look it up. When they came back, they said I was correct and claimed that pharmacare had not advised them that the sensors were now covered but that they could give me a refund on any sensors PURCHASED IN THE LAST SEVEN DAYS. So they have been illegally charging people $110 every two weeks for these sensors for some time now and their system will conveniently only allow them to refund one week's worth of product. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. You have been warned.

The 2 staff at the postal counter were courteous and efficient. Would have received a 10/10 if I was asked to complete the survey on the iPad next to the checkout. Instead the ballsy clerk at the till flipped the iPad and gave herself a 10/10 at the end of my transaction then flipped it back to me! No attempt to hide it. So what's the point of a customer satisfaction survey??? You now get a 1 star review and hope this makes it into your probation review SARA since you are newer staff.

Good service. Friendly. C0VID19 protocols are being used by all of the staff. I can't understand what's so wrong with the other reviews. I used to go to another pharmacy, and that pharmacy always made mistakes on my prescriptions and personal information. I was always short-changed pills at previous pharmacy. I have never had problems at Rexall. They know how to count pills at Rexall. Also, I receive a personal and friendly service from the pharmacy assistants.

This pharmacy is very disappointing. Been having my prescriptions filled there for 2 years. There is always an issue, never ready when you are told to pickup. This time I have been there 3 times for pickup and still have to go back tomorrow. Very poor staff, they just don't care at all about customer service. This was my last trip there. New pharmacy for my family. We deserve better. Shame on rexal for allowing these people to run a business!

Jennifer and the pharmacy are great. I though went to pick up my prescriptions today and while waiting decided to do some browsing. The security undercover guy wearing a hoodie decided he was going to follow me all around the store. Quite intimidating. He should be a little less conspicuous made me feel uncomfortable shopping here and I normally buy a lot from this store. Guess I’ll stop in at Giant Tiger on my way home. ‍♀️

We are going on vacation in 2 weeks and wanted a flu shot which we booked a week ago. 1 hour before appointment, Rexall calls to try and reschedule as they don't have the staff to do the appointment. Horrible as we would like it a couple of weeks prior to vacation so if we get side effects, we get them prior. Don't book appointments with Rexall Westwood as you never know if they will keep the appointment.

Didn't tell me when my prescription was ready despite collecting info and ensuring this would happen, my partner went to pick up my prescription and they did not confirm address, charged me for it despite having my insurance information and gave me a dose worth 30+ days when I have been only prescribed for seven. Complete waste of my precious time and money I will not be giving Rexall my business again.

This pharmacy is complete garbage. If you drop your prescription slip off and they tell you half an hour wait, expect triple that. Also expect for no one to know who you are or where your items are(even after saying and spelling your name numerous times). I'm a regular customer of his pharmacy and I would strongly advise everyone and anyone to stay FAR from here if you want to save yourself a headache.

Tried to fill a prescription which had been faxed twice from doctor to pharmacy. Pharmacy clerk told me both times they did not receive it .I called doctors again to see where they faxed it and it was sent both times to this location. The rexall still said they never received it so clearly either something wrong with their technology or staff.I changed pharmacies needless to say.

Got a delivery notice from Canada Post. Saturday hours are supposed to be 9 a.m. To 6 p.m. No one at post office at 9:20. Went to till. Answer was that the girl phoned in sick. Rexall has no person available for postal service? Great job Rexall. Maybe do everyone a favor and close your postal outlet that way people won't be held back by your poor training methods.

Home of the most cantankerous, miserable, post office employee in the world. Just an absolute horrible person to deal with, time and time again. One star just because after TWO visits and a lengthy debate, she finally decided to "check the back" and find my GIGANTIC 3 foot tall box that must have been expertly hidden against a blank white wall.

Rude employee at the postal deck took her smoke break 15 minutes before her shift ended, screwing over me and 4 other people. How does that function when you pick and choose to be open randomly through out the day. Been there three times to collect a package in the last 18 hours and havent been able to. Absolutely ridiculous

Rexal pharmacy and staff are excellent, understanding, compassionate and very helpful in every way possible. Prescriptions are filled quickly and with a smile. Will ask if you have any questions about your medication and makes sure you understand. Would fill my prescriptions here anyday would reccomend :)

I have had trouble getting prescriptions filled when they were faxed directly to the pharmacy by my physician. I now phone each time after I visit the doctor to ensure the pharmacy is filling the prescription instead of putting it on file for future use.

No trained personnel. Got benefit information, after 3 hours sent sms that prescription is ready. At the end, they started to call to benefit company in front of me and then to prepare drugs. Completely dissatisfied.
