The website boasts to come in and ask about their vegan burgers. Well they do have plant based Impossible Burgers ….but no vegan buns or wraps to serve them with. I was told they don’t cater to vegans. So I received the burger in a bowl with the salad contents. When I got home I found that it was drowned in all the sauces that would have been in the burger too, even though I requested no sauce. It all went straight into the bin. What a waste of money. I’ve given Ribs and Burgers a few chances now with vegan options and this is something they’ve always struggled with and often changed what is available. They never get it right and for the prices they charge they should nail it. I’m the only vegan in the family and as wife and mum I usually try to find suitable options wherever the family choose to eat but there are many other places that make more effort to cater to dietary requests.

If you have special dietary restrictions I would not recommend Ribs and Burgers. I would not trust what they provide as I don’t believe they understand what dietary requirements are.

I love this place, but for some reason, their ribs and rump are always not warm enough!! But I’m giving three stars because of a rude asian male waiter. We were eating and he came and asked if you need anything, we asked for tap water, and he said its self service and then in front of us served water to someone else! The restaurant was half empty, and I know its self service if you are busy, not when you have nothing to do. Not sure why he asked if we need anything!!! Considering our hands was greasy with ribs, it was nice if he could give us water!I have to add that the place for self service water and washing hands is a total hazard! (Look at picture) You can easily damage your head specially when you are washing your hands, also jugs are taller than filtered water tap and again you should bend and fill it acrobatically. Its a shame, with such a good food, that is bit pricy, you have such a service! Please teach your staff to be helpful not rude!

What a great Burger place. I must say these burgers are great. At first, I thought it's a bit small, but it hit the spot, and the chips just typed it off. Yes, the drinks are a little overpriced, but what isn't these days. I will be back again. The service is great too. They won't bug you. But if you ask something, they are very engaging and polite. Yum yum, always good. They have the best chips around. Bit dearer than other places, but I would rather pay a bit more for nice food, than pay for food I cannot eat, because it’s horrible. The ribs are magnificent, as are the chicken tenders. But those chips, are to die for. Place is clean. Service is good. Don’t have to wait long. Love it. We just had lunch with their new menu. Omg. Cabbage salad has changed, super deliscious. Croquets, yum, yum. Popcorn chicken, yum yum. Sauces are fantastic. Chips always good. Caramel sundae, yum yum. Do yourselves a favour. Go there.

Room to improve. Food is okay. Paid $65 for 2 mains and a kids meal. Staff were not rude but not very pleasant either. No smiles and abrupt conversations. Shoddy service. Not impressed having to request cutlery for a steak after it has been served. Then again another set for the Peri Peri Chicken breasts. No serviettes on table and not provided until requested either. Overall had to make about 5-6 requests for little things which could have been offered proactively. You are not running a McDonald's. Please offer a level of dine in service to charge the prices you do. If this was the only gourmet burger place in the area, yes may be would go again. But with all the other nice places around need to lift their game.

Absolutely terrible service and terrible policy. Food average at best. Placed online order and pre paid. Took food home and noticed they forgot part of the order. Called them up and they offered to have me come back and collect chips. 20 minute round trip but the ribs will go cold. Asked them to remake new ribs and i will bring these back. They said yes but when i arrived they only remade one rack and said they are not authorised to make another. So all that for their error and the food was terrible. Will never go back. Food way over priced and not great and service severely lacking. Go across the road and select one of the many other restaurants that have better service, better food and are fairly priced.

Went in there 2 weeks ago for the first time to try, the girl at the front for Meet and Greet was lovely no doubt about that, I looked through the menu and went to order Wagyu beef burger, asked the girl on the POS to confirm is there any cheese in the burger as I can't have cheese, and she literally said " you can see in the menu if it says cheese then it should be in there " . I didn't say anything to that so ended up just ordering and since it was a takeaway came home turns out there was cheese in the burger. long story short thank you for the experience, I do not want any kind of refund or apology but rather just never be back. I’ve had burgers from over one hundred restaurants and I can safely say that these are some of the best burgers I have had. The burgers at this restaurant are everything I want my burgers to be. I had the bacon and cheese and it was outstanding. The chips (shoestring with chicken salt) were also very fresh and crisp. I live 1 1/2 hours from this restaurant, still I would consider making the trip for the food alone. And as if the quality of the food wasn’t enough, I met the cook who prepared my meal and the owner and they were utterly delightful people. I cannot recommend dining here highly enough!

The taste of the burger beef patties and chips are on point. The price of a cheese and bacon burger in a regular meal at $23.50 is a little over the expensive side. The pink sauce is shocking. Ribs and Burgers nation wide have changed the recipe of this sauce a few years ago and it was the worst mistake they ever did. It was the best sauce you could ever eat with your burger and chips. Now it’s really bad. I have stopped coming here because of the sauce recipe that has been changed. I only come here once a year in hope the went back to the original recipe but unfortunately I’m disappointed every time I visit.

Terrible experience. Arrived at 9. Asked if the kitchen was still open and Gemma said yes. Once ordered Gemma had told us we couldn’t dine in and eat because they close at 9:30, when on the website and on google it says, closes at 10. When asked for Gemma’s name she was hesitant and questioned why I wanted her name and didn’t want to give it. Came here for dinner with my family last night and this place did not disappoint. You definitely get ‘bang for your buck’ here!! The ribs were next level delicious, falling off the bone and covered in bbq sauce. Will never go back to TGI’s and Sporting Globe for their stingy, dry and overpriced ribs when you have Ribs & Burgers! There were 8 of us and the food was out in less than 20 minutes. The burgers were juicy and yummy, cabbage salad was super crisp and extremely fresh. Can’t wait to come back.

Oh what a great find! Really lovely fast food joint. I had the cheeseburger and my partner had the wagyu burger and a side of fries. Really filling and delicious. I like how you could customize your burgers and sides (I got mine without BBQ sauce and added in bacon). Minus one star cos I asked for a medium cook on my patty and it was definitely well done but still really good though. Also make sure to grab a thick shake for dessert or with your meal if you like sweets and milkshakes. Really thick and creamy, won't be disappointed.

The waitresses were awesome. The service and time taken to get meals to the table was very good. BUT it ends there. I ordered a WAGYU without a bun. It consisted of weltered piece of lettuce that had not been washed as there was still dirt on the ends, 2 pieces of tomato, 2 tiny extra thin pieces of pickle and 2 thin strips, off a slice or onion with a beef burger that was dry and raw in the middle. All for $17.90. NEVER again. Skimping on ingredients to the extreme does not make for returning custom. NEVER returning.

Just had lunch at ribs and burgers South Morang and the service there is amazing. Genuinely kind staff who obviously care about their customers. I think it was the manager? Who was kind enough to open the door for me as I pushed a pram in and offered to wash my sons dummy that fell on the floor. We live about 45 mins away but will happily travel to this restaurant. Well I've had to increase my home loan after eating here today. Wow, ridiculously expensive for what you get. $8.50 for a thick shake, $1.50 to have grilled onions instead of raw? And...$4.50 for a tiny bottle of coke? We paid over $50 for not a lot of food. Now, the food tastes pretty good. The burgers are a bit too greasy but good none the less. The service was fast and friendly even though we had a big group of 25 or so people the orders came out relatively quickly. Don't think I'll be back in a hurry.

Original Burger was finger-licking good. So I had big hopes for their Wagyu burger on my second visit. But Wagyu was really dry and the wagyu patty tasted worse than their regular beef patty. Definitely was bot worth the price. On the third visit tried the ribs, they were super expensive but came in a very small portion. Taste was ok, nothing extraordinary which would have justified the price of the ribs. Just enjoy their original burgers. They are just amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The burgers taste great BUT prices are a bit steep considering the bathrooms are dirty, there was broken glass and tomato sauce on the floor and my glass was dirty enough that my water tasted wrong. The table service is curt and perfunctory, staff seem stressed and rushed. The small chips have been put in a smaller bowl at the same price. For the price, I'd recommend going elsewhere until the management decide to put on more staff members to clean the place up and improve the atmosphere.

Not a great night out for vegetarians as their menu is focused to appeal to carnivores. Their ribs are sublime and they have a generous loyalty program. Although I'm a fan of the pork ribs, they also serve chicken, salmon and steaks as well as a range of gourmet burger offerings. Not the cheapest of franchise eateries as the ribs only come with fries OR a salad. If you want both you pay extra. If you are hanging out for superior ribs, save your pennies and get some here.

As always the food was sensational. The Aussie burger is one of the best burgers I have eaten and their chips are always hot and crispy as a chip should be. My wife had the Baby Back Ribs and the little taster I got was perfectly cooked. We ordered and had all of our food served to the table in under 10 minutes. It is a little pricier than other local restaurants but I am very happy to pay extra when the food is this good and the portion sizes are also substantial.

Had lunch with a family of 6. We showed up on Sunday without making a booking. It was very busy, but the manager and staff were very accommodating. They added another table to the booth and we were all seated. The food was delicious and prepared quite quickly. Chicken was succulent and the steak was cooked to perfection. Very affordable, staff is attentive providing quality service. Five stars all around, we will most definitely be coming back.

We have used the delivery option as a treat on a number of occasions. Delivery is generally prompt when orders are early and tracking is provided. The pick up process is straightforward and efficient. Prices are obviously higher with home (menu log) delivery. The burgers and chips are what you would expect and do the job well. For a fast food choice it's a great option . Plenty of items on menu to choose from.

Food was amazing, really loved the popcorn chicken. We had the burger and rib combo which was just the right amount. Service is order by QR or at the counter. Staff were friendly but we didn't have much interaction

Very disappointed!!!!! Place an order via Uber eats just for the order to get cancelled! Why was it cancelled? No idea...... was waiting over 45mins for my delivery for it to get cancelled! Then tried making contact via phone for the phone to just keep ringing! This is disgusting customer service! Left a voicemail but don’t believe anyone will actually call me back to advise what actually happened!

Worse service and food. Ordered from them through uber earsb our food was cold and not cooked properly it went straight intobthe bin. I called and complained they decuded to redo our order . Two hours later and we still havent received the order. I called again i had a young girl very rude on the phone and she send she didnt care if i received my order or not and hang up on me.

The baby back ribs is the dish to get here. They have a wide variety of sauces and overall quite a nice place to eat. One of the best restaurants on this side of town. Their thickshakes are delicious as well. Everything else on their menu is pretty average though. Sometimes you have to wait a really long time to order but it's still worth the wait if you are around here.

While my burger was good, it wasn't a great experience overall. Firstly the items are overpriced. Its around $9 for sweet potato fries. Really? My burger was also $14 which is a lot considering its not all that big. However my friend ended up having to wait a very long time for his food. We ended up having to ask for it and it arrived piece meal. Room for improvement.

Visited this place with a friend, ribs, burger, tenders and loaded fries were great, only thing to let us down was the price of the ribs and the taste of the potato salad. This was my second trip to ribs and burgers and I have so far enjoyed both trips to this place. Would recommend taking a visit to this place for casual catch up with family or friends.

Didn't make a booking - just walked in and was seated straight away, staff were quick to see to our needs ie; menus, drinks, etc. Once food was ordered it didn't take long to arrive - throughout the meal staff would come around to see if we needed anything else. The food is very tasty, burgers have a nice grilled flavourand their sweet potato fries are yummy. Their shakes, the milo shake and caramel shakes are to die for. looking forward to our next visit.

I tried beef ribs there. It was so good! I can say it is the best in Melbourne! You can even order foods through their own app in store, very convenient and efficient. Chips were so crunchy and tasty. Chips were still good even in the second day when I ate the takeaways. Waitresses there were nice. Definitely will come back frequently!

First time eating food from this place, taste wise, I was not disappointed. The burger was awesome (I asked for well done and they delivered). The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they missed 1 of my orders. It was really inconvenient because I ordered through Ubereates so I couldn't just walk back in and grab it.

I have tried various chicken burgers here and they all are very tasty and juicy. Southern chicken is my favourite and must try. I love their chicken wings with peri-peri sauce and crispy chips. At full price, it's kind of a rib off. Food here is generally good, but not so consistent in my opinion. Sometimes the ribs are a but too charred, sometimes chips are really salty. The burgers are probably more consistent than everything else and i find myself coming back. Great service everytime with clean dining area.

Fantastic beef ribs, the butcher slider beef burger is a perfect combination of beef, cheese onion and pickles. The onion rings are also very different to anything I've had before, they are like shaved onions fried, very tasty. Sweet potato chips are also great. Will be definitely returning for a feast very soon

How about going through your menu and deleting it Drove all that way just to be denied 3 different style orders because you tell me that your menu is 5 years old, errrr, get rid of it, get a new menu? Very hard is it. Charging 40 dollars for a rack of ribs but you can't find any staff to update menu. Very sad

Hands down this is the best burger place i have ever been to. The burgers and chips are so delicious and filling. The ribs are also amazing and i must admit it is one of my fave things to order from this restaurant. I have been here several times with my boyfriend and we both love coming here for food!

Visited this place on Sunday (26/8/18) absolutely craving for something grilled. Ordered the "Bacon & Cheese Burger" and I'd have to say it was a delicious burger, full of flavour. The chicken ribs with blue cheese ranch dipping sauce was also on the mark. Do yourself a favour and visit this place.

My experience was average. I have had more tasty ribs and burgers so food was okay. Service was also average, not overly friendly and just normal. My partner has been here before and he said it wasn't as good as in the past. So, my take on it was that it's not consistency. Thank you.

The most insanely overpriced rubbish ribs I've ever had the misfortune of eating. I paid $25 for three tiny ribs, which were so overcooked they were black on the outside and had next to no meat on them. This restaurant should be shutdown for health regulations, they were burnt that badly.

Great burgers and ribs. Yiu can get a burger meal with small chips and ribs for $30. Friendly and attentive service made fir a great visit. Will be back.

Between us we have the Aussie burger, Atlantic salmon and lamb ribs. Couldn’t fault any of it. The burger was juicy and delicious. The salmon perfectly cooked. The ribs just fell off the bone. First time here, will definitely come back.

it was fine, nothing outstanding but nothing to worry about, I genuinely like the food there, despite the name they have one of the best vegan burgers I've ever had (have to have it 'naked' though as the bun had milk in it)

This was great place when they opened however the quality of the food has deteriorated. Just another ordinary place now. Staff lack understanding of special dietary requirements. Avoid disappointment and go somewhere else.

Ribs and burgers are always consistent, the staff are friendly and the food is always good here. If you're grabbing a bite during your lunch break the lunch specials are a must try best bang for buck and so filling.

The staff are friendly and the setup is nice but quite overpriced for an unfresh and undersized burger and chips that were dry. The mighty burger was a mini. Honestly, HungryJacks was more enjoyable than my meal.

Been coming here for years. A great range and always great food, 10/10. My favourite is the lamb shoulder wrap. A bit more expensive than some alternatives, at least the drinks could be cheaper. More

During lockdown, one of the better places to pick up some good eats. Staff are friendly, website is super easy to order from and schedule. Looking forward to visiting the old fashion way.

Fantastic burgers. Ribs are good but pretty pricey unless you get them as a deal on the app. Just don’t get the St Louis ones unless you love all the fat (and not much meat) on them.

Very tasty, great chips, meat that falls off the bone. Just wish they had more variety of side dishes but otherwise great!

One of my favourites, I have never ever had a bad experience here! Best burgers and chips with the most delicious sauce! Must try if you haven’t already!

Very expressive and food quality dropped over the time, few times the done inside the bbq rib were cold and needed to send back to get it heated up again

Solid burger joint. The lunch deal is good value and should satisfy all but the hungriest punters. Only criticism would be that the bun was a little dry.

The service. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but the service is even better... I've reduced my 5 star review since I last reviewed this place.

Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for the food but it's good quality. The sweet potato chips are really good. So are the sliders and the wagyu.
