I brought my car in for a noise it was making. I was told the reason for the noise was my struts needed replacing and was quoted 3600 dollars and paid 60 dollars for the diagnoses. I took my car to a friend who knows cars took the tire off on the side that was making noise after a road test where he already determined it was not the struts since it was making the noise while the car was barley moving and not bouncing at all, he put the tire back on after checking a few things and said it could be a couple things and recommended going to the dealership. He figures lets do another road test just to check and the noise was gone. He figured since the lug nuts came off so easily that he thinks they were loose which was causing the noise. I saved money getting a second opinion

I was there today, got my Toyota truck serviced and was very pleased by Debbie. She provided courteous service and Garnet the mechanic that worked on my truck was very interactive with me which I love and appreciate and WOW, I was surprised to see him using never seize lubricant on my bolts for my skid plate as I have never seen anyone else do that except for me, at any garage. He cleaned up any bit of oil residue from the oil change as well, tidy and clean work. I will be a repeat customer and will be putting out a good word for the business. We had a bad Pothole experience on Friday last week. The front right wheel was damaged. We managed to slowly get to Rich's. They put the spare wheel on the Right Front and checked all of the tires and rims. Then they asked if there was still some Warranty on the Tire and said go home and check. we checked at Costco where we bought the tires, went Costco today, we still had warranty on the tire. Rich's looked after us with courtesy and good advice. We will continue to recommend them all our friends. Thanks for your help and advice. Lily and Allan

I took my 68 charger in for a wheel alignment because I heard the owner was a collector car guy. It took longer than expected and was leading up to the end of the day. They wrapped it up and I left with the car and found that the steering wheel was not straight, way out actually. I tried to contact them after and nobody would respond, then time passed and I wasn't comfortable going back. Giving a couple of stars as the mechanics were very nice, but the lady at the front not so much.

Took my car there to get my AC inspected as it was blowing hot air. They told me what was wrong with it, said they are waiting to hear back on how much the parts will be to fix it. Called a week later to follow up, was told they are still waiting to hear back on the cost of parts and they would call me back. It’s been three weeks, guess they don’t want my business. Too bad too cause it’s a convenient location and comes recommended through community groups on social media.

GREAT SERVICE!!! I live quite a ways out of town, and was purchasing a vehicle and wanted a pre-sale inspection. Because of our predicament, they squeezed us in to look at the potential vehicle, and were very helpful. I would certainly do business here if I lived in town because of their customer service and quick turn around. The rate they quoted me for the service ended up being cheaper on the bill. This was a very favourable experience.

I was in a bind and needed some washers to complete a transmission fluid change. After having no luck at a major "Auto parts" store, I took a long shot and stopped in to see if they happened to have the washers before I drove across town to the dealership. After a couple of minutes, they were able to find an exact match. This is what great service is all about. I'll definitely keep Rich's Auto Centre in mind next time I need any repairs.

Took my car into my dealership and got a quote of thousands of things that were “wrong” with my car - over diagnosing it due to a weird sound when turning the wheel. Took it into Rich’s for a 2nd opinion and he ended up finding the real source of the problem which cost a fraction of the first quote I got. Had my Toyota Sienna serviced there. New shocks and struts for both sides. Work was done fast and efficiently.
