We live in Country Victoria ( Gordon, near Ballarat) but had used Richmond Plumbing in the past when we lived in Melbourne. We had some minor damage to our shed roof and spouting during the windstorm in June 2021. Due to the COVID restrictions and the huge amount of damage caused by that storm and another, almost as bad, in October that year it was very difficult to organize repair. I had given up trying to get someone and had made a temporary repair. I now also needed spouting attached to a new gazebo we had built so I then made a call to Andy in Late 2022 at Richmond Plumbing in the hope he might be able to help. He advised that they would be glad to to do the jobs and although he could not fit us in immediately he would get the work done as soon as he had availability. In January 2023 his team arrived, on time and on the day organized a couple of weeks earlier. and over the course of the day the work was expertly carried out. The cost was very reasonable considering the long day the crew had put in to come all this way and the work was of a very high standard, in fact better than the original spouting fittings on the shed. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing a plumber.

Andy visited our house to inspect the job which involved relocation of a front water tap and supply line away from the front of the house, across the yard to the front fence. A quote was provided the same day via email. The job took place about a week later and was performed to a high standard with all objectives being met. By coincidence, our sewage drain blocked a couple of days later, and Andy and an apprentice (his son Jed) were good enough to postpone their Saturday afternoon plans and came to our house, unblocked the drain and ran an inspection camera to confirm the pipe was clear. We highly recommend Andy and his team for any plumbing work.

I used Richmond plumbing for some roof plumbing work that most other firms would not touch due to the steep pitch of the roof and the easily damaged Decramastic cladding. Andy's quote was very reasonable and when I separately called before the work was done to request a fix to my leaking toilet, Jed did that too for just the cost of a new part with no extra labour charge or call out fee. Jed and Zuban were enthusiastic workers who turned up on time and cleaned up well when they were finished.

Andy and Jedd were absolutely fantastic. My chimney's flashings were falling off and water entering the roof. When they pulled the old flashings off, the brickwork on the chimney just crumbled, turning a relatively simple 4 hour job into a much more extensive repair, requiring 3 separate visits and lots of mortar. Unfazed, they completed the work brilliantly with no change to the original quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

Extremely impressed with Jedd and the team at Richmond Plumbing. He was super responsive and fixed everything so fast. He unblocked our blocked toilet with a high pressure jet machine and checked with a CCTV camera to confirm the drain is running clear. Was very impressed!
