It used to be good store , recently I have paid three visits in one week , perticulary one male staff who wears dark uniforms needs to be taught some manners . I understand everywhere is short staff . When I went to buy the challah bread .there were three pockets on the shelf and they were all with the fungus( I took the photo ). When I went to tell the staff about it , he said to me very rudely , "show me and I know you can't be right , I said nicely I just wanted you know that there is expiry bread on the shelf that's all but then He looked at me like he is gonna eat me alive . He was so rude . At last I show him the bread and he took all of it and throw all three bread packets in younger staff members hands forcefully , gave same look he gave me . Gosh . I m never going back to this place . Getting worse and worse .

The local IGA that I recently visited is one of the best-maintained and well-presented IGAs I've seen. Although I haven't done a big shop there, I found that they have everything that one needs, and the staff provided a reasonable level of service that kept me satisfied. I visit this store whenever I'm on my way to see my elderly father, and although the service there is nothing to brag about, its location and verity of options to choose from serves my purpose and is a reliable option for me.

iga wantirna is a joke, meant to be the community store but the staff are about them selves. I have just been the to shop and buy smokes but they couldn’t help me as they had closed up early and everything was in the volt. Even though I was in the store walk around and said they were closed. Very annoyed and don’t think they deserve my money, will shop at ALDI from now on. Will be happy to see that store go under in the near future.

How come most of the staff and even the management are so miserable and have a terrible attitude towards customers? And when they aren’t being terrible at customer service they’re out the front having a cigarette when the people at the registers need a hand? I live a 2 minute walk away and have shopped here for over 3 years but after my last few visits I think I’ll drive to Coles in Bayswater now...

The youmger staff in this joint need to be taught some manners and the roles of a supermarket shelf stocker. There rude they talk about selling drugs they dont move out of the way and none of them know customer service. The older sales staff are great and friendly and i think thw younger ones could learn something from them if they paid attention to there jobs.

I’ve been shopping here for years and find the staff friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of stock at competitive prices, plus they have the Community Benefits scheme where they donate a percentage of your purchase to your nominated charity or group. On Thursday’s they offer Seniors discounts too. Highly recommend you try them out.

A decent local supermarket, better than most locals complete with a deli. Prices are usually good but some popular items can go quickly and run out of stock. Otherwise you'll have access to a good range of items and brands at good prices. Car park can get busy but usually there is a convenient spot. Public transport available via bus.

Any Ritchie's IGA is a great place to stop, in my opinion. Not only do you get to grab what you need quickly, without having to go all the way inside a shopping centre, you're also supporting your local community with whatever program your local Ritchies is backing. That's a whole lot more than the big two ever offer.

Friendly staff, decent range of products. You might not find everything you're looking for, if you're seeking a very specific product, but otherwise they will have a suitable substitute. Prices are a tad higher than the big chains, but this is normal for local independents. #SupportLocal

Smaller supermarket but meets all needs, often have good sales on, lenard's chicken in the back and decent meat selection. Good spot for the weekly shop and a lot less busy than Ringwood or Bayswater so easier to park and get through checkout.

Friendly staff, local produce and fair prices! This is a smaller supermarket so carries a somewhat limited range but still has everything you need for a shop. Ideal place for a quick stop on the way home as you'll rarely be stuck waiting.

I personally haven't ever done a full shop here but they're always very well stocked and have everything you would need even though they're not a huge supermarket. They do however carry some items that cannot be found in the larger chain

My new local, plenty of craft beers, and whiskies, ordered a slab of Hahn super dry cans that no one else wanted to help me with, and these guys got the job done, thanks again, will definitely be back and ordering more!

This is a great IGA. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The store has always been clean and tidy. They always seem to be well stocked and have what I need for my day to day shopping. Thanks IGA!

Great supermarket big free carpark at the door same prices or cheaper than the big 2, great polite helpful staff, great fresh produce ,deli and meat, great cooked chickens, certainly no need to shop anywhere else

Low staff is not an issue..its the staff they have are slow and gasbag so long they don't care about keeping customers waiting. Will not be returning if they think customers have all day to wait while they talk

Good place to shop if you need a couple of groceries to keep you going and they have plenty of specials. They also have a bottle shop a few shops down where i buy my alcohol. I recommend both stores

I’m a regular customer of this store but today I bought a roast chicken which was so overcooked the only part I could use was the breast…. Very disappointing as great store and great staff….

The ladies on the register are always in a bad mood during the day shifts. Never polite and it is hard to get a hello out of them. Small store, over priced and hard to find things.

Smaller than a woolies or Coles but staff are friendly and they have things other shops don’t! And the community benefit card is a great scheme to help charities/schools !

Staff are always so friendly but the prices are way too high. They may give back to the community but their prices do tend to be higher than other small grocery stores.

Love popping in here with my mum to get a few groceries. Used to be my usual supermarket many years ago until I moved away. But now I'm taking mum back there weekly.

I've shopped at this store for 35 years and have always found staff friendly and helpful, good variety in all departments. Wouldn't shop anywhere else

Great little supermarket had to park there in their large parking area when we went to Knox private hospital as there were no car park spots there.

All the everyday groceries etc, plus some nice snack foods beside the fruit and vegie department. Stuff I have nit seen in Coles or Woolies.

Don't know what has happened but this store is now a disappointment. Not enough staff or registers open and no more smiling helpful staff.

Regular Supermarket for weekly shopping for groceries. Convenient carparking and local shops are good aswell.

Good prompt service. Another person jumped on the register when i had only been waiting approx 30 seconds.

Fruit and veg is 1000x better than the rubbish at Cole's or Woolies. Better service at the checkout too.
