I have loved this store since i have moved here. But today when i went to buy a book the lady on the counter was rude and disrespectful. I asked her for a book i was looking for as i was not sure if she had a stock. She herd my question and without responding with a rude face went to get the book. When i thanked her i didnt get any response. After paying i was about to take the book she says rudely i will put the receipt in the bag indirectly saying not to touch it now. She was very friendly with girl before me did make me feel she had a problem with my race sad that we still find these kinda people around. Surely wont be returning. Amazon is the best you dont deal with this!

A classic bookshop. It has great products in its classic's section. I got my Poe's collected works and love it. It has other great looking vintage books a well. The only downside is that it mostly has the mainstream books which seems like a good idea that ti would get the most customers but if you want books that would be in the 'restricted section' (HP reference) you'd have to go elsewhere. The novelty items near the counter are a great add-on to your book selection.

I love the feel of this place, and how the noise just seems to 'go away' the further into the store you get. and its a huge store, but the prices are pretty crazy. I got the same book set for exactly half the price at Kmart. Just lucky I shopped around. I get that a boutique-type store will cost a little more for the 'experience' but double the price is going too far..

My very favorite book store. I come by whenever I'm in the center. Its always a pleasure talking woth the staff and the atmosphere of the store is really nice. It feels more personal and close than most book stores I've been to. And the rewards program is absolutely fantastic :) I look forward to comong back again some time soon for more :)

I love this little bookshop, the staff is always friendly and ready to help me, when I'm looking for books for my kids. something for every occasion and taste ... our Christmas books this year are absolutely gorgeous and I always find that one book about construction vehicles for my son Thank you …

I love this place if I can't get to the Highpoint Store this one does me just fine in the intrem. They can only make it better for me by introducing coffee tables so as you can sit down and enjoy a good book while having a lovely cup of coffee.

I love the atmosphere of this shop. The selection is good. The staff they have on a Saturday morning are not very helpful and spent their time on the pc’s. No help with recommendations. The other staff I have encountered have been awesome

Beautiful little bookstore. Good range of books and they are always happy to get a book in for you if it is not available. Really lovely staff and a fantastic atmosphere. A real gem at Pacific Werribee shopping mall.

Cool shop, lots of choice. They have some lovely hard cover editions. I purchased a Stephen king book, and had a lovely chat with the young kid behind the counter. It's nice to see this kind of store still around.

Always has the latest best sellers. Comprehensive book range. Good kids selection. And science range fir kids.
