Even a small renovation can be stressful, but when is well managed, site kept clean, and work progresses then it becomes exciting. We have the complete bathroom renovated by Alex and his crew lately and we were pleased with their friendly attitude towards our requests and expectations, and overall with the work that has been done. Our house is rather old, so we were worried that unforeseen troubles might happen so it would slow down the reno and would affect our budget. Yep, it happened, but before we would have had a heart attack Alex come up with affordable solution. His crew resolved a challenging situation in regards to the installation of dimmable pot lights. I had some back up sewage one late Saturday evening and called Rocket Rooter Inc. The person on the phone was friendly and after listening to the symptoms I was experiencing and suggested the services needed. I asked if he could provide a quote and was reassured the rate for this particular service. This being Saturday and had never have called Rocket Rooter prior to this emergency I was expecting an extra charge, or weekend premium fee - but was super impressed to hear their policy on the price for this service to never change regardless the day or time. Within the half hour of the initial call, Randy was in the driveway!! Randy was friendly and very respectful. He was even thoughtful enough to take his shoes off as he came into the assess basement, I assured him that it was fine he left them on while he worked, but I was left super impressed that he would even go to that extent. Job was done fast, and clean. Randy recommend a maintenance schedule to avoid a bigger issue - id totally recommend Rocket Rooter to anyone and will be using them in the future.

We have had Alex from Rocket Rooter to our house twice now to fix plugged drains. First it was the kitchen sink and then the bathtub. We got the very reasonable prices up front before the work was done, and at no time did he try to up sell us on anything we didn't want or need. There were no hidden costs. Service is very honest, fast, clean and efficient-everything was explained in terms we can understand. On both occasions we had other very minor plumbing issues which we mentioned to him, and he fixed them right away and only charged for materials used. We have recommended him to our neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company to strangers. We're thinking of getting the old pipes replaced in our house and with the excellent work (and price) we have received we will probably without hesitation use Rocket Rooter. Called at around 9am to find out when they would be able to come out and snake the main line. ( needs to be done every so many years ) I was very happy to get an appointment same day later that afternoon. Received a call around 10.30am or so from them asking if they could come even earlier as they had finish another job sooner than expected. So was even happier to have them in sooner so I could continue with other things I needed to deal with. They were onsite within the time they said they would be, and were in and out within the hour. Main line cleared and the s*#t was flowing again like it should. Price was reasonable and the folks that came were professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their drains.

I searched the web for an accredited Sewer Line Cleaning Company and it was recommended to look at the BBB for this particular business. I emailed Alex and his response time to my inquiries were quick and professional. Booking time was also very quick. I had a terrible experience with the last cleaning company who had done this, leaving a terrible mess for us to clean up. Alex sent Randy to do the job and he was excellent. He covered what he felt was necessary to get the job done. He sent the snake line right to the city sewer line. He cleaned up excellently. Matt came out to do a rather big job. He worked quite some time, and I was still only charged what was quoted. I was so happy with the work, and the price was more than reasonable. A couple weeks later, I had a concern and they came out to make sure everything was ok. Double checked a few things and didn’t charge any extra. The guys that came out were very kind and really wanted to do the job right and took pride in what they did. I would recommend them to anyone!! August 4th, I had to call these guys again. Shaun came out to do the work and was fabulous, on time, very helpful and very considerate. I would recommend these guys any day!

I just wanted to pass along our thanks to John, who came out to our house today to clean the line, as we were getting water backup in our downstairs bathtub and the toilets were not flushing properly. It turns out our main line access is hidden somewhere in the basement, John could have left and said to call once we found it, but instead he stuck it out and found a way to get a line down there and get it unclogged. We really appreciate John's dedication to the job. I've called Rocket Rooter several times for services although I haven't been able to use them yet. Their prices are so much lower than competitors that they're booked solid at least a week ahead any given day. If you're planning a plumbing job then call ahead and book with Rocket Rooter. I'm always calling when there's an urgent need for servicing (main line clogged with roots, broken shower pipes) so I always go with someone offering immediate service. Still, the pricing is too good to pass up and I've heard friends and family get great service from Rocket Rooter.

Alex did a renovation of my brothers bathroom while my brother was in hospital. He responded to questions or concerns quickly, only minor issues arose which were corrected immediately, and he and his workers were professional, courteous, and did the work well. We had zero worries the entire time the work was being done. We are very very happy with the result, and services provided, the trust we feel in Alex and Rocket Rooter and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone we know, or use this company again in the future. Within 40 minutes at 8pm the technician had arrived and got immediately to work. The grease plug was 20 ft beyond the basement clean out pipe. He did two separate passes with the mechanical snake and ensured the blockage was cleared. He was careful to protect the carpet while working and ran the sink to ensure the blockage was gone before packing up and resealing the cleanout. I was able to pay the $101 fee by credit card and have a one month warranty. We were very satisfied with the service.

Had a sewer backup, so I called Rocket Rooter and left a message on a recommendation from a friend. They called me back within five minutes. We set an appointment, quoted me a price and done. The service man was on time, very friendly and efficient. My line was backed up very badly but he had it clear in moments. The price was also a lot less than what I was expecting it to be when I first made the call. I would highly recommend Rocket Rooter to anyone in need of their services. 5 stars.

I called Rocket Rooter to fix my clogged kitchen sink based on the online reviews. Am I ever happy I did! While fixing a not so easy clog, a bigger problem was discovered that needed to be fixed right away. The issue had nothing to do with the service or any fault if Rocket Rooter Alex managed to squueze me in between appointments at 4PM on Friday so we could have water for the weekend The service was friendly and courteous and I highly recommend Rocket Rooter!

These guys were there when they said did a unreal job in a 1/2 hour and the price was the best out there. Did what they said they would with confidence and a perfect out come. Called Roto-rooter and they were so overpriced for the same work. Their employee was embarrassed to tell me the price and my response was no way and he told me that we get that allot. You will not be disappointed they unclogged my kitchen drain that needed to go down 70 feet.

Called this morning as I had a clogged drain in my laundry room, Alex said someone would be out by 1 p.m. Randy arrived on time (actually a little early, but even better), was polite, knowledgable and got the drain cleaned out and my laundry room back in working order in no time. Noticed the main drain drain slow... Had a mini flood thanks to tree roots. I told them it's not a emergency and that they can come tomorrow. They came early than what they told me. Needed a bathtub faucet repaired. They were an hour and twenty minutes late. The tech told me he was told the repair was for a bathroom sink, not a bathtub. He also said he was told I was a renter. I was never asked if I was renter or home owner. Too many things wrong with this company. Off my list for sure.
