After receiving 5 quotes, Roof Replacement was 25-40% LESS than any of the other quotes I received and their quote included far more work and value than any of the other quotes....Their quote included upgrading to Corning cool shingles and cool roofing on the flat part of my roof, building a cricket around my AC unit so water would no longer pool on my roof, replacing mastic around all ventilation piles, new flashing and installing 6 attic vents on my house and 2 vents on my garage where I had NONE before and because Adolfo takes so much care in the detail of what he does he redirected the condensation line for our AC unit because it was poorly installed by the AC company and looked ridiculous running down the entire back of our roof, dripping onto the ground. Roof Replacement Inc crew showed up on time every morning and cleaned up every night, Adolfo and his assistant Dennis were available via phone or text for ANY question throughout the entire installation and they would both check in to the job site multiple times per day. Adolfo is a 100% genuine, honest contractor who truly cares about his customers and the quality of work he provides. If I could give Roof Replacement Inc, Adolfo, Dennis, Edwardo, Jorge and the ENTIRE crew 10 stars I would!....You will NOT go wrong hiring Roof Replacement Inc for your roofing needs! With the historic rainy weather we've gotten, our poor roof had given out like a lot of Los Angelinos. We had over 4 leaks in various parts of the house and it was time to put our old roof out of its misery. Our friend had her roof repaired by Adolfo and recommended Roof Replacement Inc. We got 6 other quotes but we ended up going with Roof Replacement since they gave a great value for a quote that was similar to everyones we went with Roof Replacement and we were not disappointed. Demo occurred in one day, they were able to replace the rotted wood and put the insulation in two days and cover it up really well while we waited for the rain to pass and extremely delayed city inspection to come by. After the rain, they were able to torch and add the finish the roofing in another day or two. Adolfo and his associates were extremely responsive, keeping us updated along the way and making sure everything was tidy along the way as well. After the instillation, our house has been warmer from the instillation and there has happily been no leaks from the last 3 rainy days we've had. Thanks Roof Replacement!

We built an ADU with Adolfo and we were impressed by how punctual and detail-oriented him and his team were. They did quality work and our entire project was seamless. **EDIT** 02/2023 Unfortunately, Adolfo couldn't complete this job and ensure the gas line was separated from the main house to the ADU, although we were upfront about requiring this in the contract. He essentially blamed the gas company and refused to help us get to the bottom of the matter, so we threw our hands up and asked for a quote for this final step. What was most disappointing is the quote he gave us was THREE TIMES the amount ($$$) other quotes we received which was a complete blow considering all the work we had given him and all the positive reviews we had left for him and his company. A real shame and we would really hesitate to recommend them now.

Absolutely awesome. First of all, I'm a single woman and got sky high quotes for roof repair, except from this company. Kenneth, the project manager came right on time. I was impressed in that he showed me a model of a roof and explained and showed me the different layers of the roof and what needed to be done. The price was outstanding and they needed to replace swamp cooler platform too. On the day of repair they were right on time. Kenneth, as well as the owner, Adolfo were there to oversee and instruct roofers. Kenneth took photos of each step they were doing and texted them to me throughout. Roofers seemed not to take a break. And Kenneth was fantastick. Got back to me same day with any questions I had. Did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Roof Replacement was amazing. This particular section of the roof had had a previous repair by another company and the repair was not successful. The price was right and the roof has not leaked for over a year and a half. The crew took pictures to show what was wrong and what needed to be done. There were also pictures and video taken during the process. These people are great. Our entire roof will need replacing in a year or two and we will definitely be calling on them to do the work. They also repaired sections of the gutter at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic response! The heavy rains last night resulted in a roof leak in my kitchen. I called Roof Replacement first thing in the morning, and they answered within two rings. Half an hour later, they were at my door and examined the problem. An hour later, in the middle of drizzling rain, my roof was patched and the leaks in my kitchen stopped! All this service without any complaints or grumbling, and just a smile and assurance that the problem will be solved, which it was within a couple of hours!
