"I had an accident in this Roselands mall"
"Nice place"
"Since it's been refurbished, not a place to go if you feel claustrophobic; on the ground floor, you can barely move"
"Compact shopping Centre with alot of variety"
"Absolutely not impressed at all"
I had an accident in this Roselands mall. That day, all the elevators were off, and I had my trolley full of purchases and my 5-year-old son. We were trying to access the parking lot on the top level, without an elevator and with my countless groceries and the child. When we were going down the escalators with my trolley, I don't know why but it stopped at the end of the stairs and wouldn't get out, the stairs kept working and the trolley was crushing me and my son, I was extremely desperate because my son was being crushed We fell to the ground and I started shouting for help. There was no one to help us, no security guard or manager. Other consumers managed to get the troller off our backs. My son, who is autistic, went into a crisis and couldn't stop crying and screaming, he hurt his back. I had very injured legs and my foot was injured. I lost half of my purchases. I contacted the mall via email and phone and never received any response. I heard sarcastically when i call them, that they weren't understanding what I wanted yet? And I just wanted a little respect. Be careful when going to this shopping mall, a fatality could have occurred.
Nice place. Coles does not have anyone on the counter to serve. Never seen it before. Go to the machine they said: self-serve. I left everything I bought from their & came home empty handed. This mean that in 2-5 years they will cut a lot of staff & machine will replace humans. What a society! I wish to die before this happen. Everything is very expensive but do not want to employ staff to serve. They only want to enrich themselves. Coles lost the grass roots spirit! wow to Coles in Roseland.
Since it's been refurbished, not a place to go if you feel claustrophobic; on the ground floor, you can barely move. The fruit and veg shop has just overwhelming taking over the whole space, with little remaining room to move past people. Not pleasurable to go anymore unless you can bypass the whole ground floor and just visit the shops upstairs. Myer is great for a visit if you want the nostalgic feel; it's like going back to the 80s, with not much in the way of renovation or improvements.
Compact shopping Centre with alot of variety. Great Deli, hairdressers, major supermarkets, Banks and Myer. Usually crowded around lunchtime as there are good cafes and eateries. Needs to take care of certain areas though, in particular carpark and trolley return areas (reported to Centre management and Aldi today 13July20). Some more trees and native plant landscaping would be nice as alot of native birds still populate the area.
Absolutely not impressed at all. I have been going here since it opened and love the shopping centre, but the parking is a joke. They've painted "SO" many spots in green for 60minute shoppers but not ONE red one for Seniors or Pram ones for Mums with bubs. There are not enough disabled spots near the doors either. Some disabled spots appear to have been changed to green 60m mins near the doors, why ??? This needs attention.
Great local shopping centre directly adjacent to places of residence. Has lots of reputable stores like Kmart, Coles, Myer and Aldi and there are many bathrooms which are all kept in good order and cleanliness. It has a large array of bus stops on its east side on which many bus routes stop or begin on. Roselands is definitely a marketplace which is capable of being compared and competed with Westfield.
Mall was exciting and convenient but some staff were quite rude. Got 1 worker as a trolley collector, he has white hair mix (old man) had Unpleasant Manners. He did yell to a lady with 2 little kids while they rest on the sofa when not to much people that place. He shout"Hey, go back home! Or not you Sleep Here!"... very2 RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL MAN. SHOUT TO A LADY AND LITTLE KIDS.. so Sad to him.
Nice with all the shopping varieties. Few things are in mind to suggest 1. still look always congested irrespective of crowd. May be need to change the arrangements. 2. There is no proper marking of important shops, NSW service is on third floor but hard to find for new person, common wealth bank is hiding on third floor so please try your best. Hope services will taken care of it in near future
Great shopping centre. It's been a long while since I was last here and it certainly has changed! Some great stores throughout and some wonderful food options in both the food court and the kiosks and cafe's dotted around. Somehow the bathrooms were mostly clean! Which is a big ask of a shopping centre to be fair. Will definitely be going here instead of our local mall from now on.
Today I visited the Roselands Shopping Center and was surprised by the developments there. I saw many new shops and cafes. The cleanliness was excellent and the smell of delicious pastries filled the place. Honestly, the mall has become very beautiful and deserves to be visited frequently. Many thanks to the respectful management and all the best to you. ☕
It is very easy to shop at Roselands once you find parking at busy times. The three main supermarkets are conveniently located in this centre. Their are separate fruit shops, bakers, butchers and many good take away facilities. Popular stores including Myer, Kmart, Best and Less, discount pharmacies, and much more are open till late Thurs night for those who need.
This centre is not what it used to be. I am really disappointed with my recent experiences. Shops frequently close early or don’t open. The car park is a maze, often backed up and quite smelly. The choice of tenants is questionable and bizarre such as snap fitness for a gym. The only saving grace for this centre are the occasional plants around the food court.
Roselands = updated its downstairs area " luv luv luv it & Now its tine for them to update the food court varieties & bring a bit more varieties cultured eateries & would luv it more if the opened a few outdoor cuisines/ cafes similar to "Top Ryde & hurstville"= this is exactly would change the dynamics but also improve roselands dramatically !!
One of those shopping centres that cater to all your needs. Has most of the popular retail outlets. Recently they have also got a DC fast charging station by Engie, which can be access through Chargefox. It has two CCS2 ports that can be used simultaneously. Together they deliver 120KWh. The details are available on PlugShare and Chargefox app.
Today I visited the Roselands shopping center and saw many new shops and cafes. The mall was very clean and sitting there was relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly, the place has become very beautiful and deserves to be visited frequently. Many thanks to the respectful management and all the best to you.️☕ …
I couldn't even find the entrance It took me 5min to drive there from lakemba, once I got into the carpark it was like a merry-go-round with no way to go up or down the levels. I had to ask some cleaner's who happened to be there and they didn't even know there way around there own place.....never going back there.
A good selection of shops. For groceries, you have Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, butchers, fish shop and green grocerys. Various jewellery shops, several clothing shops, banks, Service NSW, Myers, cafes and much more. Parking is ample except around Christmas time when it is bedlam. A lift, travelator and escalators
It’s okay small shopping Centre, they need more fashion store and more known brands. Also the market level is the worst so horrible always crowded with old people and they just walk everywhere you can’t even walk straight in there. They just need to upgrade and add cinema that would be convenient.
My favorite favorite place to spend time here. All the brands are here. Very beautiful building, the food court is very big, with wide open spacious, sitting spaces and not crammed. All the food joints offers delicious foods. It's a family space. Playing options for kids are present as well.
Very nice place to spend time with family. Every popular retail outlets are available. Beautiful building, spacious place and variety of foods in food court. Easily accessible parking space too. Had a grilled fish and chips with friend. Enjoyed the 5 for $15 donuts which was on special.
The first ever shopping centre I visited was Roelands as a child with its appearance changing three times over the years contributing to it's current design and development. Great to see the swimming pool is still open and within a two minutes stroll from the main entrance . …
Very busy shopping center and it can get overcrowded. Best time to visit is early morning for groceries and fruit and vegetable shopping. Otherwise you will need to deal with crowds. A variety of good shops and a big food court that does not have a McDonald's.
The shops are really nice especially on ground level, however the food range is not that great. It is also important to mention that the air conditioning does not work at some parts of the mall and feels very hot especially when its summer now.
Hardly ever air conditioned. Top floor is always discustingly hot. Car park is a compelete mess. Tons of old lines marked everywhere. Trolley bays far and few between. Not enough trolley bays for all the different stores so the aldi trollys
Surprisingly good shopping centre, my wife had a Mani and pedi done. Found a kids bow tie I was looking for and my son got a great haircut. The bottom level food arena is amazing with seemingly every type of food from around the world.
Security at Coles here called the police on me and i was still in the store, hadn't left and was still shopping for groceries, how dispicable are they to ban me for 12 months without proper evidence or proof, yet i had nothing in my
Great place for your weekly shopping.... I would recommend the Italian Deli on the ground floor, great service and friendly staff... and a few steps away, the french café France that proposes some real nice viennoiserie...
One of the oldest shopping malls, but it does not look or feel like it. It has kept up with the times and is a vibrant and wholesome mall to shop and relax. Almost every need is catered for and the parking is very ample.
The food kinda sucks they got rid of maccas , that’s so depressing I moved houses just for that that mc Donald’s and they get rid of It but they need MORE bubble tea places. Never can have enough !! …
Small size shopping complex with everything you need. Woolworths, Coles and aldi all situated with in close walking distance. New eatery down stairs feels and looks European. Parking is tricky but not impossible.
One of the most frequently visited places. Fresh products, needles to say great quality and reasonable price. Crowded during Dec month, else its okay the rest of the year. Opens as early as 8AM and closes by 4PM.
Roselands florist is without doubt in my opinion the best florist in Sydney. Zoe is the go to lady for all your floral needs. She listens, asks questions and is very empathetic. Her prices are very reasonable.
After the renovation it's a much better and not presentable place to shop. There are new shops, another food court. And the vibe is different somewhat. Only the thing is that the car park needs updating.
I love to do my shopping there it has everything I need for seafood to chicken and has a lot of wonderful shops the biggest concern is down stairs near food market it's very hard to more around there
It’s always busy and overcrowded especially on the ground level. The food court now only has oportos all other fast food restaurants closed (McDonald’s, kfc etc) there isn’t a variety to choose from.
Awesome place for DC and AC EV charging and grocery shopping (Coles, Aldi and Woolworths). However everytime we go there, non-EV vehicles seem to park on the FREE AC charger parking spaces.
I'm glad it wasn't too big as neither my husband nor I had been here in years and weren't sure where to go to find the bank we were looking for. They definitely could use a directory.
Great variety of shops for all your needs, fresh food shops for everything you can think of, a choice of supermarkets and liquor stores all on multi levels of the huge complex.
I have just moved into Punchbowl and on my first day at Roselands shopping mall, I really loved it. It looked awesome in there and the food was delicious. THANK YOU …
Love the new layout and you will get to shop from woolies coles aldi for groceries..myer target ..and eatery the shed .soul origin susi bar plenty more under one roof.
It's a nice shopping center. But it is often difficult to find parking. If there were more parking for cars and motorcycle, I would shop there rather than Hurstville
I didnt go there for many years and my friend wanted to go there so we went, wow wow wow i really liked it there, really nice shops, i will definetely go more often
Big center spread out over 3 levels. Supermarkets, butchers, jewellery, fashion, food court and more. Plenty of parking and easy access to the main roads.
Very busy & crowded on bottom level, more room to move would make it better. Plenty of parking space, great to teach a learner driver. The BWS looks good
Very clean well maintained Fresh food was absolutely fantastic so much variety from all over the world Nice variety of shops definitely worth the visit
Very big shopping center and mostly unlimited parking , Coles, Woolworths’s, Aldi, Kmart, jbhifi, cotton on , service NSW, Myer and many more to shop
Great customer service from the Security Officer Morris. Very professional and willing to go beyond the call to extend his help to a customer.
Great place to meet up for lunch, as a fast bite to eat on way to/from airport. Easier access to many shops that larger centres can't offer.
It's a great shopping mall has fashion, food and technology within the mall, fresh food and seafood and Italian deli, freshly baked bread.
Big shopping mall with Myers, K-mart, Woolworth's, Coles, Aldi, JB hifi & others. Fresh Fruit & Fish shop. But not enough restaurants.
I don’t visit this place a lot but overall pretty good, good variety, the car park could get bit complicated and busy to get in
The place is good to shop because is not so crowded. You got woollies, aldi butcher, Chinese take away and carport now is good
You got Aldi, Coles, Woolies in 1 spot. Great shopping centre.. After renovations looks great. Always crowded. But, love it.
A busy shopping centre! Great clothes shops , cafes and grocery stores. Fantastic fruit market and gourmet foods market
My local shopping centre and it suits me bc it's not too large but still has all the shops and services you need
Modern, well-organised shopping centre with good selection of shops and services. One of the best in the region.
Was only at Roselands shopping centre for a few hours but I liked what I saw I'll definitely go back again soon
Ive never even been to Australia but i decided to give this mall a 5 star review Love from Canada …
Nice shopping centre, amenities were very clean. Good food court and a variety of stores available.
Great place for shopping with variety of stores, huge parking and very neat and clean Toilets..
Roselands has great shops and it's so clean and inviting. Lots of great eateries and coffee.
Barramundi is so fresh, a very big serve, and you don't have to wait to long for your order.
Perfect for kids play area close to amenities next to fourth court ,Kmart perfect location
I spent hours and hours happily shopping there. Very welcoming mall and people there.
Medium size shopping centre complex, clean and tidy inside with a reasonable layout
Lots of car park space and free parking on Sunday. A great day to shop at Roselands
Overall, it's a nice place for shopping except its congested narrow parking lots.
Huge shopping centre great shops visit once in a while as very busy but love it
Really well renovated. A real busy hub esp weekends. Lots of great food places
Roselands in 1986 was the best for grey flannel perfume and cosmetics dominic
Very good food court with a good variety of food options. Nicely set out.
Good facilities and shops, however very busy and carpark is often full.
Good atmosphere. Has a good play area for kids next to the food court
Good place to go for grocery shopping and enjoy the foods in cafe.
Great selection of shops, parking is ok, a lot of pretty girls
I enjoyed driving to Roseland Shopping Center to do my Grose.
A nice, small shopping area in the Canterbury Bankstown area!
Pretty standard shopping experience. Good food court though.
