Extremely Disappointed with my Stay at Royal Ace Boutique Hotel. I recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel from September 22nd, 2023, to September 24th, 2023, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with you. I had high hopes for my stay but unfortunately, I found several aspects of my visit to be severely lacking. Complimentary Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food served was subpar, and the variety was extremely limited. It did not meet the basic expectations one would have for a four-star hotel. TV Channels: Despite informing the reception multiple times about issues with the TV channels, the problem was not resolved during my entire stay. This was particularly frustrating as I had expected to relax and unwind in my room, but the lack of entertainment options was a significant disappointment. Hygiene and Cleanliness: According to the hotel staff, towels, bedspreads, and pillows are only washed with soap, as they also charged me for dry cleaning because hair color had stuck to them. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a boutique establishment. Location and Accessibility: Hotel's location was not convenient at all. It was not easily accessible and lacked nearby amenities. Another issue I encountered was the presence of street dogs near the hotel's front entrance. This created a sense of discomfort and insecurity when entering and leaving the premises. Hotel Staff and Owner Behavior: To add to my disappointment, it appeared that the hotel staff was unable to resolve any of the issues I raised during my stay. What was even more concerning was the behavior of the owner, who, when contacted by the staff for assistance, displayed an unprofessional and intimidating demeanor. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the hotel. It was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice. Cleaning was done everyday and good quality and variety of food were served. I enjoyed my stay here as it was a work trip and I did not have to face any issues with the hotel service. However, more cabs can be added for easy commute of the people staying in.

Food was great. The restaurant staff were very cooperative, especially Ram who took extra efforts to ensure that the guests are served food properly and was available for any additional help whenever required.

It was overall an excellent stay. Luxurious room at a very affordable budget. Clean washrooms, affordable room-service with good food options. Helpful staff. Free breakfast. . Relatively close to the airport. Would definitely book again. The only downside is Bengaluru traffic and the distance from most of the city if you're there for sight seeing.

The staff behavior are too good. I would like to special thanks to Mr. Ram. He(Ram) is really provide excellent service to us. He has a lovely heart all the time he girting us with beautiful smile.He took care of our fooding timing and food test are also very good. They provide us very testy food every time. Clean and neat. Good service. Had occasional issue with rooms such as sticky floor on arrival, loose toilet seat and slow hot water but good response by staff when informed. Location is ideal if wanting to stay near the airport for an affordable price

Beautiful stay and was actually surprised to see the cleanliness even on a rainy day. Service is good. Room rates are okay, not on the expensive side. Ordered chicken masala and chapaties and it was actually good. They have a decent parking space available. All utilities available in the room. wifi available and worked well.

This is the best hotel worth staying and eating in a city like Bangalore. All the employees are supportive and skilled. I am especially impressed by Ram's behavior and his way of being interacted he always greets with smile. I have advised him to remain like this and wish him all the best for the future.

It was my official trip and Hotel was good..staffs are nice and helpful. Food quality is fine,no disturbance nearby. Walkable distance you will find shops. Parking space need to be improved. Rest all are fine.. all who in front desk also polite and helpful.

We just checked out of an Executive room at this hotel after a day's stay. Very friendly and kind service right from the person at the door to the people in the reception. Everything was provided in the room. We didn't use the mini bar/room service so can't comment on that. Complimentary breakfast was fine.

Very nice customer service. All the staff are courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the bearer Ram chetri, he welcomes us to the buffet with beautiful smile and he works really hard to keep all customers happy.

Amazing place. Room is well maintained and clean. Breakfast spread is good. Front desk staff are very courteous and patient. Mansi was friendly and did our check in and helped us to accomodation our request for late check out with a minimal fee charge. ज़्यादा
