ok, so I have flexible work hours so I know my experience is probably not the norm. I find the location and efficiency of this RM to be great. It is on my route into or from work it is often empty and the staff has been friendly to me. For these reasons I almost wish I could just have all my mail and packages delivered there.

Checked website and made a special trip to collect my package when it was open in a Sunday. When I got there no one had turned up to open it. Despite phoning the customer care line there was no way to collect my urgent package and I don’t have another window to get there for several days.

How is it that DPD, Amazon and some other smaller delivery companies never misses me at my property and Royal Mail manages to do so 50% of a time. On top of that opening hours are so ridiculous that even with me working quite close it's impossible to pick package as it's closed so early.

Get hassled every time I drop parcels using the. Click and drop service. To know what is in them despite already having agreed to their terms and conditions when paying for postage. Its supposed to be click and drop not stand and chat!!! Very annoying time wasting.

Awfull, lost my item, even though it was tracked. They say its been miss delivered however cannot tell me where its been miss delivered too even though its a tracked delivery. Now the subject of a criminal investigation...do not trust this depot...

Make sure you take the correct ID when collecting otherwise you will be confronted by an unwelcoming service! Newly weds, change your ID ASAP - if the last name does not match then you are in for a hard time even if it is clearly your face

Almost every little item I order from eBay is not being ever put in my letter box and you state it was delivered, it forces me to use click and collect but recently I thought it is worth of trying cuz it was only a 3 quid cable, maybe too

Check the delivery office opening timings and carry an ID proof before you go for collection. They are not open all day every day and collection of your item is not on the same day you get the missed collection card in your box. Friendly

Not open when it says it's open!! Arrived at 7am as per their listed hours on Google Maps and they're closed. Different hours posted outside in person. Tried to reschedule a redelivery and it says the reference number the postman left

Parcel for Christmas takes 9 days to get to the depot, even when it gets delivered to us the postman doesn't ring our intercom NOR ring the intercom for the other flats in our block. There were other people in at the time!!!

Really unimpressed with lack of service. Trying to locate current opening times for a customer service point on their website is actually impossible, only options available to look for are post boxes and offices.

received card telling me sender did not pay enough postage so I paid the £1.50 at post office to to receive it 5 days. Later it has still not arrived terrible service going to complain

Never order delivery/send anything without a signature request or proper tracking. Posties love stealing here, especially cheap mobile phone accessories.

Worst mail delivery service there is, do not follow instructions clearly given, how on earth they managed to keep the title royal mail is beyond me.

Post person didn’t knock on because I didn’t have my car on the drive then sent it back to warehouse so there was not point getting it delivered

Avoid using where ever possible. So many options to use different services these day, it boggles my mind why people and businesses use RM

Opening hours are complete joke... For a working person it's impossible to collect parcel, only weekends and Wednesday...

Post office closed. Should have updated the google information. Instead of making seven people wait for 20 minutes.

Supposed to be open 11am - 3pm Sunday's accorsing to their P739 and website yet were fully locked up at 1pm.
