"I have been very impressed by the new people who are now running this post office, previously I had some bad experiences with the person who used to run the post office but since the new team took over the customer services and assistance level has been improved 100 times better than before"
"The staff was very rude and moody"
"Visited the post office within the convenience store today, one counter position, very slow service, bags of mail dotted around the store, surely this isn’t secure? Only positive the member of staff was very friendly and I was able to do what I needed to do!"
"Just to share we run a Postoffice as a family and we go out of our way to help the customers and for the comments on the post office is completely wrong as we really do help everyone in the community and for a fact we took the Postoffice on "
"Part of the community of bs9 for many years and always going above and beyond "

Very impressed! thanks :)
The staff was very rude and moody. She told me not to go there again . If her behaviour as I mentioned liked this, in a year there will no customer go there. If she did 1 customer everyday, they will loose 312 in a year. It happened today , Wednesday at about 4.30 p.m.

Part of the community of bs9 for many years and always going above and beyond . Have always been so good to my family and my grandparents . Checking in and making sure everything OK with them . Always able to ask for anything I need . Have
Avoid, avoid, avoid! I went there a few days ago to renew my daughter's passport. The lady at the counter who checked the application form said it was not done correctly as my 5-year-old needed to write her full name in one of the sections
Outstanding service. New management has completely changed everything. Amazing customer service and well trained staff who served me. I’m 100% satisfied. Thanks to the new management who took over and made my life easy coz this post office
I had a very upsetting experience. I went to sort out some car documents. The man behind the counter told me that I had been made a fool of by the people who had sold car. He made several comments telling me that he didn't want my business
Really brilliantly set up family run shop and post office. Will always choose to go here for all my drop offs - rarely a queue and, when there is, it's so well managed. The owners of the shop are so lovely and really patient. Such a great
I really loath having to go in here, and after today's encounter I won't be again. The woman that works here is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I really don't know how she get away with it, she must be driving
NOT open until 5:30pm, only until around 1 on weekends and 2pm on Weekdays. Made the two hour trip by foot here twice only to find it closed despite the information on here saying otherwise, and in one case this led to the contents of the
Hand written note on the door says that there opening hours have changed to 9:00am - 2:00pm due to 'emergency health' (COVID19 related I assume). I checked opening hours online before making the trip (combined with my daily exercise), no
Bad customer service. Firstly, The man running the place seems to be very impolite and disrespectful to customers. I have no car and both post offices close to my area have shutdown. So I had no choice but to use this post office. As you
I was concerned when I heard that the Post office had closed and moved into a convenience store (Costcutter on Canford Lane), but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Visiting at the busiest time of the year I was bracing myself for a
Very rough, abrupt, and anti-social staff member at this Post Office. She could do with seriously learning full and proper customer service skills, to which obviously she's had a bypass operation omitting these very important skills! No
One star based on the service received when trying to do a postal passport application. The staff turned into immigration experts and advised not to send the application even though the advice leaflet was followed. Then demanded that I
One member of staff that I believe to be the manager is extremely rude. I didn't get he's name. He was really aggressive. My boyfriend and I needed to buy some envelopes but before we did that as soon as we got in he was cold so he was
An asset for the village. This family run post office is fantastic. Always friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Plus the opening hours are very long which makes it very easy to drop off parcels and letters at our convenience.
GOOGLE pls make clear ! Change and move cut off time pls : Reviews of lower stars!, pre Dec 2020 are for the old main Post Office, not this new Westbury-on-Trym Post Office within Premier Stores, formerly Costcutter : Please note that
Sorry for one star review but these are not the hours, I suggested the correct hours and uploaded a photo but still showing incorrect hours. Please fix this! I turned up the other day and it was a wasted trip because it was closed.
Completely disappointed by customer service and staff, I post a parcel as 2class but by their mistake address of seller and buyer turn around and non of us didn't get parcel which was valuable item on it. And no one didn't get
Our local post office was closed so I was delighted to find Westbury open till 7pm and staff were incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful. Delighted to see a post office service continuing in this neighbouring town.
I posted a parcel last monday 30th Nov 2020 and it did not arrive untill Friday 5th Dec. This was a first post pre paid parcel. Had to convince the teller that the label was pre paid
Tried to return a amazon parcel but was told a 4 man tent was to big . But amazon was the people that told me it was OK but shop refused it. So becareful what you try to return
Amazing post office, with great customer services that are always happy to help with anything. As well as a fully stocked newsagents, full of everything you may need.
I was sad when the main Post Office shut down. However, the new location is very good. The lady who always helps me is friendly and efficient.
The new post office on canford lane has the most amazing staff. Very supportive and always willing to help.
I went to return a parcel today (on a Saturday) and I was told they didn’t want it as it was a large box?
Really friendly service and love that I can use the service out of traditional Monday- Friday hours.
Very bad post office no customer service at all
