The crew at S&J have come to our rescue multiple times in the last 12mths of us buying our first home, often at very short notice. They are efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly! What I find to be their best quality, is that their team does NOT default to the male presence in the home when discussing the work that needs to be completed. As a female, I can't express how disappointing it is when a tradesmen will ignore me and speak to my husband only, even when I was the one who organised for them to come out. The crew at S&J do NOT do demonstrate that kind of behavior, and in my experience with them, they have interacted with both my husband and I in the same courteous manner. Your team is amazing and I will absolutely continue to use you for our plumbing and gas needs.

We needed a complete setup under our house for a new washing machine. We had no water supply or a direct waste drain line (not an ideal position for a washing machine) but Jessy came up with a great solution. We had another plumber who quoted us for a very, very expensive solution. Needless to say we're over the moon with the great work Jessy has done (with a fraction of the price we were quoted by another plumber). Jessy was efficient, thoughtful , right on time and left the place spotless. Thanks again Jessy, for a great job. Very impressed by the S&J Plumbing approach. On 16/11/2023 I contacted S&J Plumbing regarding a broken shower. Martin arrived on time for a quote and if accepted to fix the shower. The quote was very reasonable and I agreed for the work to be done. After dismantling the shower Mixer he obtained a new Mixer Cartridge, cleaned the Mixer and reassembled the unit. Martin was very efficient, professional and definitely knew his job. Without reservation i can thoroughly recommend S&J Plumbing/Martin for any plumbing needs especially in an emergency.
