Very expensive quoted 250 (plus attendance fee) I asked them to tighten a nut for my kitchen tap (needs a special shaped tool which the guy had on hand and its just awkward positioning under the sink). I sent him away with the free $55 and I'll figure out how to do it myself and honestly I probably could have gotten the tool from Bunnings for less than the attendance fee. I was told the tap needed removing and they refused to consider tightening the nut as a fix - I didn't want any further changes and even suggested that I wasn't expecting a warranty if it came loose again. I can look at changing fixtures when I look at renovating. Problem solving was attempted by company (they deserve credit for this) and they did offer to resolve problem in exchange for removal of review which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I chose to not take the offer and have edited this review post problem solving attempts.

Very expensive $750 to fix one leaking tap because they made it even worse , the pipe now is leaking like crazy ( from 1leaking source to 2 leaking sources)after the job was done on 27/06/2013. That’s only 5 month past.Contacted them and nobody showed up. That’s good that I haven’t close my wall after they did the job otherwise I have to reopen the wall at my own cost. follow ups when I post this review I finally got a text response that they refused to fix it if I don't remove my 1 star review so I have to request for full refund and obviously that was refused.

Talk about efficient. Tony texted on his way this morning to confirm time. Once he arrived he explained options and costs and proceeded to fix the leaking tap I had in the kitchen. Talk about Epic!. This tap did not want to budge and Tony battled with it for near on 3 hours trying to remove it. Once removed there was no saving it so he installed the new tap I had purchased for my later kitchen install. The new tap install was quick and i live it. What a great service and what a great guy. Thank you.

Chris and Max who undertook the work at my property were prompt, informative and above all professional and customer focussed. I wholly recommend their services, attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble and are happy to answer any questions or offer advice for the best outcome. Well worth the money for a job done on time and done correctly the first time. It is hard to find such professionalism in other trades. Great customer service and always with a smile.

Anthony was extremely helpful and kind. He arrived on time and got straight to work. We had a couple of small fiddly jobs but that was no deterrent to Anthony he also provided education on what to do if and when there were any future issues. They came on time and quick as advised !! Max did a great job and was very friendly Person who came from plumbing gang before Max advised us a cut in the ceiling would be needed to check the issue but Max arrived immediately and managed to navigate through the tight access ceiling to find the issue. we didn't have leak in the pipe as we thought, it was due to a blocked ac drain pipe but Max cleared that and did a good job

I messaged Chris in the evening and he had someone out the next morning. I was informed before they arrived. Max was polite and listened to my problems. He had solutions for all of them. I had Max and Tony come out today and they were very helpful and professional. They fixed all my plumbing issues which was a blocked pipe, broken kitchen tap, and gas hot water issues. They explained a few things in regards to the plumbing that had been done on my house which is only 4 years old and how I can prevent further issues. Thanks to Tony also for being patient with my boisterous dog.

We called The Plumbing Gang after our hot water system started to leak and we were left with no hot water! Chris was very helpful and professional and within 24 hours we had hot water again. Max and Tony rocked up pretty much on time, gave a clear quote and got straight onto the problem. They sorted the blockage and gave some recommendations to help prevent it returning. All up was $750 for an hour's work. It seems a bit expensive to me but I didn't get any other quotes and they did use a jet rodder and camera which adds to the cost.

After some misunderstanding with the initial plumber, Chris, the owner, was quick to rectify the situation with a followup conversation and was back the next day to complete the job.
