I have been using the Milnerton SAPS for 9 years. Most of my experiences with this police station have been slow and tedious: from phone calls not being answered to appalling service at the front desk (multiple times). I would give them 2 stars (at most) from a holistic point of view. However, today I find myself thanking them for the service they performed on Saturday 14th July. Their response time to the robbery at Spar Milnerton Mall was of top form. The first two officers who arrived on Loxton Road willingly put themselves in harms way (in order to pursue armed perpetrators). They are a testament to the good service in this country that does still exist! This team (and other security teams in the area) worked hard to bring justice to our community. A big thank you Milnerton SAPS! Well done to the teams who were on duty that night, you did our community proud!

Had a break-in and they told us not to touch anything or clean because they wanted to investigate. They never came and wasted our time. Recently a high school student was mugged in broad daylight and stabbed, when they eventually answered my phone call they seemed quite apathetic and told us to stay put until they got there, again they never pitched nor do I think they had any intention since they didn't bother to ask where we were in the first place before they hung up the phone.

My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at the amazing service we recieved at the Milnerton Police Station. Coming from Joburg it was like a breath of fresh air. All the officers were friendly and helpful. We had to walk all over the place because of segregation of duties and all the officers in the hallways stopped and asked us what we needed and walked us to the correct office. Everyone was smiling and bantering. Keep it up ladies and gents! Very impressed.

Worst police station ever. IPID needs to take a look at this fraudulent police station. Absolute no assistance. Die plek vrot van binne. This is seriously bad and is it a reflection of the state of our country? Were dealing with Sgt Waldeck and STILL no real assistance,always on leave always disregarding serious cases. That child abuse centre already discourage people before cases are even opened.

DONT BOTHER CALLING FOR HELP. Seems like the police don't care about our communities. Our neighbour was broken into, held up at knife point and their entire home contents essentially removed. We called milnerton SAPS and they are yet to arrive. We called well over an hour ago. After realizing the police weren't coming to help, We called a security company and they arrived in a matter of minutes.

Applied for our police clearance certificate. We didn't know we needed an appointment (photo attached if you need to make one), but they helped us anyway. Overall they were helpful and the process was relatively smooth and quick. Suggest having exactly the right amount of cash on you as they said they struggle with change and it's cash only.

I wish to publicly commend Captain Manquina on his professional and empathetic attention when dealing with my case. I was an overseas visitor to South Africa in June and was defrauded of a significant amount of money soon after arriving. Captain Manquina took my statement and made every effort to assist me.

I registered a case at Milnerton police station on Friday today its Tuesday, it has not been captured yet on the computer. There are police officers working daily, i followed up Saturday, Sunday and i have no sms with a case number yet. Very poor service i am disappointed with that kind of a service.

It's time to give credit where credit due. We had an issue with a tennants guest. The station commander & his officers were very helpful. They helped us out of what could have been a very sticky situation. Ironically the person who committed GVB was a off duty member of Mitchell's Plain SAPS.

The service is so bad here everytime i came here there is apmost noone to help you and they will just walk pass you , even if its just doing an affidavit or certifying documents. Its everyday skeleton staff the worst service , u wait in queue from morning until sunrise.

Wir waren dort, um einen Kredit -Karten Diebstahl zu melden. Wir sollten einen Konto-Ausdruck von der deutschen Bank bringen dabei hatten wir alle Umsatz -Nachweise auf dem Smartphone. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag weiterreisen und jetzt versuchen wir es in Plettenberg.

The night shift staff are the worst!!! When I got there 3:30am to report a case they were watching videos and laughing. I had to wait on them to finish so I could get assistance. When one of the staff finally arrived they were so rude..... police are honestly useless

Not even worth this one star rating. The night shift staff are useless! According to them drunk driving isn't a crime. They are lazy and disrespectful and I would not recommend wasting your time there. If you could avoid this police station then do so by all costs.

Excellent welcome, kindness and speed in making a declaration of theft of a suitcase with passports and obtaining the case number within the hour. Thank you very much we were able to do our passports and take our plane. many thanks

All I had to do was get a document certified. Been standing at the front desk for 15 minutes with not one officer in sight. Really poor. Nobody seems to want to help myself or the 8 other people also waiting.

Dnt waste your time calling the office number, it's either they dnt answer the phone, or they send the most incompetent person to answer. Rather go there personally. Generally face to face service is ok.

Staff not very friendly. I had to go back to my car to get a pen. I got there while they were changing shifts and the front desk was unmanned for about 30 minutes with nobody coming to explain why.

Was helped speedily and efficiently on a Saturday at lunch time!! Pleasantly surprised and very happy with this service rendered by the friendly and knowledgeable officers I dealt with. 21/01/2017

The officer that assisted was absolutely kind and extremely helpful. Such a pleasant experience. Especially since our last encounter at the seapoint station was a nightmare. Thank you Milnerton !

Been waiting since 18h54 to get my ID certified Was only helped at 19h10 Only one Constable on duty to assist Sergeant came out at 19h08 No wonder people don't want to come to saps for assistance

I phone the police 5 times there operator kept putting me through to the detective and no one answers This country is a joke why do we have police stations with no one working in them.

Had a warrant of arrest that was to be served they told me I must go to Bellville I went there was the worst experience unhelpful and disrespectful to elderly people, really shocking.

I went to make a case on Friday Linch time to date have not received a case number when calling in they say they cant find the docket not even worth the 1 star rating

The most pathetic staff I have ever seen in my life. They talk to each other more than helping people. The attitude needs some work and manners are needed big time.

Not willing to assist with fingerprints unless you make an appointment! They had NO appointments on the day but still would only take us the next day.

Only police assisting with affidavits and certification. The rest just walking around and chatting to each other ignoring. Ridiculous service ALWAYS!

Made some certified copies of documents. No issues. Friendly assistance. Much cleaner and organised than other police stations in the western cape.

Ay thanks to staff there, pretty decent service couldve made me wait for hours but gave me the clearance and i was out in 5 mins!

Notified them of repeated loc kdown violations and high risk behaviour -even possible criminal activity - was just laughed off.
