Had a break in night before last, the officers on duty in the early hours of the morning were there within minutes of being called. Truely great service, they made sure that w felt safe and secure and drove with us back to the police station, having sent someone ahead to start the paperwork so as to minimize the time we had to be there so that we could get back home. Thoroughly impressed guys, we are all so quick to say something when you drop the ball, and then keep quiet when you get it right. So great job guys.

The officer that took my statement could not construct proper sentences and refused me to accept my properly thought out ,typed and signed statement! Furthermore , the spelling mistakes were that of a child in 3rd Grade! How do people like this get employed by SAPS? Then months went by and did not get a case number- They lost the file ! Calls go unanswered and the people you do eventually speak to are pretty much useless. Defend yourself instead, the SAPS are an utter Joke to our society!

We had an intruder in our garden early this morning and we called the police. They came within seconds- we did not have to wait, and four policemen came in and investigated. The intruder escaped quickly because they must have heard us calling the police. I would just like to thank the officers for their utmost support, I felt safe and at ease and they were very helpful. I only got one officer's name, Vincent. Thank you so much Vincent, you and your team were amazing.

I went there to submit the preliminary trainee application form. When i got there we waited outside from 14:30 till 16:00. When we got the chance to submit, they told us that the HR has already knocked off. So i lost the opportunity of the application, because of the service they gave us. I mean a person who came to submit and the person who came certify they wait on the same line. Am not happy with the service at all...

As a family of 4, we were very impressed by the level of service we received when we went in to the Randburg police station to apply for police clearance certificates, from the Captain on duty at the office of application, to the staff we encountered at the station at the front desk to those who helped us in a friendly polite manner in the corridors, even to the lady on cleaning duty! Many thanks!

Rude and unhelpful. No directive given on what needed to be done, just simply "I can't help you" and walked away. A second officer then said to try another police station. Very inconsiderate behaviour by people who should be protecting the public instead of leaving them standing in the cold and exposed during these COVID times.

I always find it amazing that police stations, especially Randburg police station, don't answer the phones when you call them. Like, why am I contributing my tax towards them? It's quite sad how incompetent the people in the SAPS are when it's supposed to be one of the most important services a country offers.

WE CALLED SAPS AT 2AM IN A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY AND THE LADY CUT ME OFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEVER ANSWERED MY CALL AGAIN. SAPS IS CLEARLY NOT HERE TO SERVE AND PROTECT US! MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED! THE RANDBURG STATION HAS NEGLECTED TO FULFILL ITS DUTIES SET OUT TO THE COMMUNITY

Took my elderly mother to the Randburg Police Station and they were so helpful and I was finished within five minutes. I was very impressed with the service we received. Drove around to the back of the Police station and saw the living quarters, these definitely looked way below par.

Someone in my commun got robbed, I called the police and they took probably less than 5 min and I don't stay less than 5min away from the police station. So excellent service!!!!! Keep up the awesome service guys!!!!! I'm hughig impressed!!!!!!!!

Helping me was so much of an inconvenientce that they kept passing me on to each other. Then, the policeman that did help, did not know what a scam was. I left with no assistance to the crime that I had committed against me.

Worst police station Ever. Went in to open a case and the officer just refused to listen to me and help me. I asked him to talk to me nicely as I was shaken up and he proceeded to scream at me more. So traumatized.

Disappointing that the advertised number for the police station "no longer exists". Makes getting hold of the police challenging at times when "challenging" is not ideal.

I go there regularly for my police stuff like affi's and cases and most of the time they serve me well. Only sometimes there might be a queue but that is not their fault.

Gosh. What a horrid experience. Came in at about 8 to report a motor vehicle accident. No one knew what to do. No one wanted to assist.

The facilities are getting old. The officers actually assisted me which was further than I could get at the douglasdale police station.

Go and report an accedient get given a number to call for the case only to find that the number given was changed months ago. Pathetic

The in-person service was adequate, but they are impossible to get hold of over the phone since - still trying to get my case nr.

When asked for the police officers names and badge numbers they refused to give it to us and just ignored everything we said.

They think they know the law. Didn't want to open a case off theft when my car was clearly stolen.

Bathrooms broken, dirty. Finance department closed for months. Save your time and go to Linden.
