Let's start with the small part of the bad stuff. Flat rate fee. 3 hours of parking cost $42. That is extremely steep. But that's not the worst part. When we were done, it took us 40 minutes to be able to back out of our parking space. Read that again...40 minutes to BACK OUT. Took us a grand total of 93 minutes to get out of the garage itself. Why in gods name does it take almost 2 freaking hours to get out of the garage? Their answer? Must have been bad traffic. Oh, and "sorry, can't refund you for the bad experience". Park somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Literally the only confusing parking garage I have ever dealt with. Dirty…. Broken pay machines…. Hard to find your car…. How do they stay in business?
$42 for less than 3 hours of parking. Awful traffic management, one exit is closed off. Avoid at all costs
