I’m giving 5 stars for the customer service experience i had. The girl at the closing time 13/07/2023 around 9:30 pm was very helpful. She’d been very nice and helped me find all the items i was struggling to find being a first timer. Keep up the good work!

Use to be good shop and competitive prices. Now they have removed all the price tags and zero transparency until you pay for it. Don’t even display prices upon scanning at the register. Everything is overpriced compare to all other local

SVS Global is inside the Williams Landing Shopping Centre, and has been operating for about 4 yrs. Predominantly Indian groceries with, some items from Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and also Nepal. Reasonable selection of items. As is usual in

Varieties slightly lacking compared to other bigger stores but you get the essentials and my experience has usually been positive here with the staff waving hello as I walk by, very friendly.

They are always out of stock for common items, labels are missing from shelves and customer service man doesn't bother to note down and stock for the things customer enquire for.

Rude and hostile. SVS is close to the walking trail we take every evening. Today while walking back home, we thought of picking up some snacks. We happened to pick more than

Brother stuff sitting in the fridge should not be frozen. Paid $14 for rajma expecting its in fridge temperature but found it frozen. Not happy with that

Would be great if they can stick deals on the frozen section nicely. Confusing enough to buy frozen stuff out if the deal and ended up paying more!

Good place to shop for your daily necessities. Nice range of products. Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to assist with your needs.

I am a Pakistani, really sad to see only 2-3 brands from Pakistan. Really need to step up their game in providing variety at the store.

Misleading pricing. Argumentative owner/staff. Bad/expired products. No wonder havnt seen many people shop here.

Good location. People go here coz of Woolworths Small grocery store but convenient for urgent stuff.

Best in Williams landing and nearby suburbs. Shop looks small but they have enough inside.
