Dr. Eraga Philip is really an awesome family doctor. He is very patient, nice, gentle and professional doctor. He shows empathy to patient, listens to the patient carefully and gives nice and professional suggestions. He is not like other doctors in other clinic, always in a hurry, and want to leave anytime. He is always patients, and he is the doctor who really care about his patient. The first time when I went there, he told the front c’est lady to give two candies to his kid patient. Every time when I see him, he seems cheerful and gently sing some songs which make me relaxed. He explained to me professionally and patiently with the words I know. You know, sometimes, professional medical words are hard to understand. But Dr Eraga is always patient and nice. Dr Eraga Philip is definitely a doctor I would like to recommend to all new patient. The front lady Monica is a very sweet girl. She has a nice, patient, sweet voice. She treat the patient like old friends. She gently tells me what to do and gently touch my arm when she needs to do the examination. Sometimes, she chats with me like an old friends. Every time when I phone to make an appointment, she always recognizes my voice and calls my name with her pleasant sweet sound. She really cares the patients. I needed to do a medical check for a job position. She actively phoned to me several times to remind me to do something or gave me feed back that she faxed all the forms. When I went to get all the forms, I found that she organized all the forms quite nice, which makes me moved a lot. She sometimes make jokes. I know that she is smiling under the mask. I believe she has the most beautiful smile in the world. She is a very patient, responsible and nice front lady and nurse. I went to see Dr. Eraga again. He did the medical check for me. He gently and patiently asked my all the details in the past and present. He also nicely told me the lab result. He explained everything detailed and tried to paraphrase everything to me about the hard medical words. After the mask, I can feel his professional, responsible, and truly care about his patients. I believe that because of Dr. Eraga, he can attract some excellent people work for him. This is such an amazing clinic, those are such an awesome group of professional doctor and nurses. By the way, the person who works for the pharmacy is also a very nice doctor. He asks and explains detailedly about the prescription every time to me. He opens the door for me. One time, I went there while doctors and nurses have lunch. He nicely went to tell the nurse that I was there and helped me. He is also very nice and patient and professional.

Dr. Eraga has been my families physician for over two years now, I was struggling with major health issues with no answers from my previous doctor but within less than a week I had an actual diagnosis after seeing Eraga. He has been so patient and has helped me so much with my mental health I can’t believe I’ve never had him as a doctor before. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain things to me. He has sent me to some amazing specialists who helped me just as amazingly as Dr. Eraga has himself! My four children were scared of our previous doctor but day one of seeing doctor Eraga and they loved him! They always want to come to my appointments to see him, are extremely excited if they need to see him and most amazing of all.. they actually ask to tell him what’s wrong all by themselves! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better doctor and can confidently say that he will will be my one and only doctor so for many more years to come!

I have been seeing Dr. Eraga for 3 years following him from Gracepoint over to Saddleback Clinic because I have never seen a more patient doctor. I am from small town Ontario and all I’ve ever known is doctors who race through their client load each day, rarely taking the time to stop and listen. Not only does Dr. Eraga make me feel very welcome-he makes my fears and concerns validated, spending the time asking the RIGHT questions, and discussing a potential solution taking my input into consideration. Dr. Eraga is an incredible doctor. I've been seeing him for a little over a year and a half now and I'm not changing unless he says so! Every appointment is a positive one regardless if it started off rough. He has a very acute level of empathy for his patients, which makes it easier to open up about sensitive subjects to get the best treatments. His staff are very nice and do their best to accommodate each patient new/old the best and as quick as they can. The wait times can sometimes be a bit long but walk-ins here are still WAY easier than most clinics. I live on the far north side of Edmonton and could easily find a doctor thats closer but I prefer to make the trip to Saddleback. Thanks for doing a great job!

Dr. Erraga is our family physician since last three years. He is friendly and is available at his clinic even for walk-in appointments. We have also been regularly visiting him throughout my wife’s pregnancy and he is always available to consult us, sometimes do a phone consultation when wife is feeling unwell and can’t visit the clinic. The only discomfort we had was when the doctor accidentally check mark wrong lab test and we had to commute back and forth specially when the test required fasting. I could not have requested for a better doctor. Dr Eraga has won over time, the loyalty and trust of the most skeptical patient. Given previous experiences, I couldn't believe how easily he made even the most scary situations become better and indeed he listens. Besides my health, he has taught me some things in our short conversations that have made me a better person. Suddenly, visiting a doctor is no longer scary. Instead, it is enlightening and my health is better for it.

My experience of Dr Eraga was that he was interested in as many in office visits as possible, so he could collect his fees. Always had to wait a long time to be seen even with appointments, I can’t imagine how long a walk in would be … I came in with a cast on my wrist and he did not even notice after handing me something to that hand.
