Disappointed in the lack of compassion management has for their clients. Not a friendly place after all, I always make appointments and have referred people here. The one time i had to cancel due to something completely out of my hands, i was told i would lose the $50 deposit i had paid online. I tried my best to sympathise my situation and all that Stephanie and Nathan would say is "That's the policy" However if you book over the phone you don't need to pay a deposit. Point isn't about the money, It's the way i was treated as a loyal client, I thought they would have taken care of me as i always show up to appointments am always nice. I had my hair blow-dried by a Junior last time i was there, i could tell she was struggling but i still said to her to try your best and it's okay if it's not perfect. Will miss the Hairdressers, Brielle and Vick. However, will not be returning after this situation, Feel extremely let down. And it is not about the money, it is how this situation was handled.

I went in yesterday for a summer cut and I loved every minute of the experience! The vibe and aesthetics was on point! Vicky was so sweet, gentle and accomodating to my hair. I wanted to go short and she made me feel very comfortable about it. Not to mention the wash was so soothing! They have a seperate room with a tv and they dim the lights while you are in the basin. This salon will most definitely be my go to salon now. Finally a salon that makes you feel at home when you walk in... all the staff were lovely. You most definitely get what you pay for. The whole team is great. However, Rebecca is amazing. Very professional and spot on. She brings an amazing sense of comfort and joy to each and every customer. I come weekly, and I look forward to it. I have tried so many hairdressers over the years and have never stayed this long at the same one. I constantly get compliments on my hair color, cut and style and cannot recommend this place enough. I am not related to anyone here or friends with anyone here from before, just a happy customer, trust me when you come you will see.

I’ve been visiting this fabulous salon for over two years and I’ve never been disappointed with a colour or cut. As someone who has appointments every six weeks - that’s pretty special!!! I see the amazing Elyse - she’s incredible, the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I love that she attends to my hair with such detail and care, she listens to what I want and she makes great suggest when I feel like a change. The salon itself is warm, welcoming and such a pleasure to visit. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else.

Love my hair stylist Josh. He knows what would look good on me. Its difficult these days to find a person who understands you and listens to you. These guys do. Prices are reasonable. Been going to this salon since 2014. Nathan is the owner and is a genius. Well, so is Gia and Josh. Gia is the queen of hair colour. You feel so welcomed there. Wont go anywhere else. Trust me! Ive been to the expensive well known salons in the city. Failed me many times. This place is where it's at.

Salon Zephyr always delivers! When getting my hair coloured for the first time, I put my complete trust in Vicky. She listened to me, advised honestly and made the experience super easy. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The entire Salon Zephyr team is friendly and accommodating each and every time. The salon is always clean and appointments run on time. I converted to Salon Zephyr almost 2 years ago and haven't looked back. Highly recommend!

After a string of bad haircuts I’m finally happy. The place has an inviting atmosphere and a cheerful vibe. I had Josh who was professional from the get go. I explained what I was after, and he delivered. I liked that he didn’t need to be told exactly what to do (I’m no stylist), he used his expertise and judgement. Loved the cut and loved the blow waves. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Maybe next time I’ll try a colour service.

From calling and booking an appointment to the second I left..this was a lovely experience. Customer service was phenomenal (not just the artist doing my hair, but receptionist, other hair dressers). Clean, offered me a drink, i truly felt pampered. Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. I was very happy with how my hair was washed and styled too! Will be back and you deserve this review!

I have been going to Vicki for more than a year now & I am always obsessed with how my hair turns out. Scalp bleach is always painless & dyeing & styling is always outstanding. Their service is professional & welcoming. Vicki always creates a perfect look for my face shape & gives me products for the upkeep. The energy in the salon is always great & I look forward to going back every time.

First time going to this salon to get a balyage done, and am so impressed with the level of detail, attention and care put into my hair. Vicky did an amazing job, and I found the entire team to be extremely friendly but also experts who really understand the nuances of different hair colouring techniques, which stands out from many other salons. Such a wonderful experience overall!

Vicky is quite good but the rest of the staff are not responsive. I tried to make an appointment for my daughter several times but they were very unhelpful. I left several messages to connect me to confirm the appointment, no one had the curtesy to call back. I don’t highly recommend this hairdresser and I believe other businesses deserve a better rating.

Absolutely loved this salon and Victoria was lovely, more importantly I came away with a fresh and healthy hair cut that I loved! Victoria gave me exactly what I wanted and made me feel relaxed and pampered. I’ve had some shocking hairdresser experiences so I’m always nervous trying a new place. She is so professional but has the most friendly personality & totally gets what I want. So glad I took her advice, perfect color every time. Everyone else on the team is great too. They're friendly, the place is clean and they stick to the appointment time they've given you.

I love this hair salon and have been a customer for 4 years, visiting every 6 weeks or so. I love my cut and blow by the wonderful Nathan, and love my colour by the lovely Elyse. It’s a very professionally run salon with new interns always trained well on how to treat customers - which is always welcoming and polite.

I had a wonderful experience with Tayla today! Super friendly and did a great job on my cut and styled it beautifully. She put in a few small styling touches that made it feel like a completely new look without anything drastic. Would highly suggest!
