Sargon Roofing & Restoration recently replaced my dad's roof and we are very happy with the entire experience - from the time Wes spent addressing all of our questions and concerns; the attention to detail in the written estimate, contract and warranty; the scheduling of our job (which was completed in one day); the quality of workmanship and materials - which also included repair/replacement of a section of fascia and soffit; the care given to my elderly dad so that he could safely watch the work as it was being done, the regular updates Wes made to me and my husband on our cell phones with drone pictures showing the progress of the work; the beauty of the roof and roof jacks/vents, to the overall clean up. They even checked the condition of my dad's gutters and trimmed a few branches off of a small tree that was hanging over his roof. Wes was also able to determine why and where my 6 year-old roof was leaking so that it could be repaired. All work was done at a fair and competitive price. Sargon Roofing and Restoration came before 7:00 am last Friday. They got to work immediately, tearing off the old shingles down to the decking. The shingles we chose were Class 3 Impact Resistant with IKO Stormtite underlay to keep the roof dry. Installed IKO Leading Edge Plus Starter Shingles along all gutter lines and rake edges; installed hip and ridge shingles along with ridge vents. They installed all pipe and chimney flashings. During the day the employees would be cleaning up the debris in the yard. They completed the job on our home by approximately 7:00 pm (THE SAME DAY). We found their crew were fast, efficient and worked extremely well together. Kudos also to Jesse and Wes, who were knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions that we had, not only the day we signed the paperwork, but also when their crew was doing the job. The whole team was a joy to work with and we definitely recommend them to do your job.

Great company all around! Can’t say enough about how professional, responsive, and fair Wesley was throughout the whole process. When he came out to inspect the roof for a leak, he noticed some hail damage on the roof. He advised that I contact my insurance provider and file a claim. He met with the insurance adjuster at the house and was helpful throughout the whole process. We got partial coverage due to the age of the roof and my insurance. We chose for Wesley and his team to replace the roof and the gutters. His whole team was professional and courteous throughout the install. Even after cleaning everything up, they came back out the next day to double check everything and perform a final magnet sweep of the yard. Can’t recommend this company enough! The price was also fair especially given the service and quality they delivered. Thank you Sargon and Wesley for an unmatched experience!

After Hurricane NIcholas we thought we might need some roof repair. TWIA sent an inspector and they decided we did need repair. Sargon came highly recommended from my media group where I live. I called them and they came out immediately. It took three months, engineers, and pictures from their drone but they convinced TWIA we needed a new replacement not only on the house but the detached garage. They have been a delight to work with and we have been very pleased with them. They did everything they said they would do and they were very professional. I have a geodesic dome house and I am sure many roofing companies would have just said no, but they took on the challenge and it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Wesley, Jesse, Juan and the crew for making this painless and easy for us. And they clean up afterward really well too, which is very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

They informed us every step of the way about inspections, permits, warranties and everything needed. They kept their word on timeliness of completion. They didn't just try to get our business, but instead gave us realistic advice and expectations which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Wesley and the team were great! I was extremely impressed with their communication and how quick they were able to replace our roof. We needed an entire roof replaced, as well as some joint repair and chimney repair. I received almost hourly updates on the work, including pictures. I really loved that. They were also able to get all the work done in one day because it was supposed to rain the next day. I received all the information on the roof, including final pictures and warranty information within 24 hours of the repair. I highly recommend this company, they were very professional and really great to work with.

Cost Effective and Creative I met with Wes Bryce of Sargon Roofing and Restoration and told him about an issue we were having with our roof. We knew we had a slow leak above the garage, but were having a problem figuring out where it was and how to fix it in a cost effective manner. The other roofing companies we inquired with couldn't find the leak and just said "you need a new roof." Wes figured out that the problem was the lack of sealant around the dormer window above the garage and got it fixed for a fraction of the price. I was very impressed. When it is time to get a new roof, I'm calling Wes.

I own a tree trimming/tree removal company, and I always refer these guys for any of my roofing needs. They are by far the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. They installed a new roof for me a few years ago and did such an incredible job that I have no choice but to tell my customers about them when I see any problems on their roof. They have now done 4 different roof installations, and dozens of roof repairs for just my tree customers alone and they never disappoint. I’ve had some bad experiences with other companies, but Sargon has always taken care of me!

If you are looking for a roofing company that listens and actively participates during the roofing process then you found it. They review the job site during the roofing process. They are communicative so that you know what is happening. They are competitive with the bidding. Furthermore, they hand nail the roof. This is not the norm anymore, but in my humble opinion a better option. Sargon Roofing stands out as a better alternative in either repairs or new installations. We had a new installation with a tie-in. It was done quickly and the job site was clean when they left.

I had two roofing companies show up in a week and both tried to get me to file a claim and said I needed a new roof after hurricane Nicholas. A few days later Lance and Jesse showed up and I let them do a roof inspection just to see what they would say and they told me I had three or four years left on my roof and it just needed a little maintenance. They took care of all of it that week and the price was fair I really apricate their honesty, when it does come time to replace the roof, they will be doing it.

The Sargon crew did an amazing job. They showed up 1st thing in the morning. They tore off 2 layers of old roofing along with the decking. They cut out and replaced over a dozen bad rafters, and replaced all the decking & shingles. Furthermore, they pulled all my old gutters and replaced the rotted fascia underneath. They did all this in the same day and I got out for over $5k less than I originally expected. They took great care of my mom after Harvey, and I'd recommend Sargon to anyone needing roof work.

We had a great experience with Sargon Roofing. They worked with both us and our insurance company to replace our roof. We were kept in the loop on what was happening the entire time and when it was time for the work they were on time. We have a large roof and it was torn down and replaced in one day. The crew was very professional, took safety seriously, and cleaned up when they were done. In the four months since this replacement was done we have had zero issues. I would definitely recommend.

I spent over $100,000 with this company. They began work in August. They have still not completed the obligations that they agreed to. Be very careful choosing this company. I will be uploading pictures today to demonstrate the quality of work done on my home. I have had to contact an attorney in order to get my windstorm certificate and they have not completed work. I will upload the contract and photographs so that people can judge for themselves.

We have nothing but praise for the crew who installed our new roof. They were quick and efficient both days. One day it started raining while they were up on top of the house. I don't know how they got that giant blue tarp on the up there so quickly!. After each day's work was done, the crew walked all round the house with magnetic rakes picking up any nails. I think when it was all over we found two. And our new roof looks great!

Sargon Roofing replaced my roof recently and did a tremendous job worth writing about! Not only did they replace the shingles, they replaced all of the wood underneath that was rotted from years of weather! The work was done in one day, hand nailed, and looks amazing!
