Johnathan and his team have literally helped us with every single plumbing situation I could imagine and could not have imagined lol. They are friendly, very professional and do a really great job. We had a new bathroom install and they attached the vanity as part of that service and everything was done really well. We also had a serious clog and they came to our house after already a long day, which turned out was more serious than expected and they had to come back the next day, and they pulled out the biggest thickest tree roots from a main pipe I’d ever seen in my life! In the past, I had to deal with an unpleasant plumber where everything seemed to be a problem and too hard, and more expensive than the work was worth and as though I was the one inconveniencing him. Well, these guys are just the opposite. They are reasonable on price, very friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. They’ll take care of you. We had a leak which needed repairing since November. Since November, I’ve tried phoning so many plumbers who were either non-responsive or unreliable. In the end, we found Jonathon. Jonathan and his team at SATE plumbing were professional throughout the whole renovation process.
