My first time to ordered take away food here and I was so disappointed honestly don’t even bother going there or even order take away. I ordered Salt and Pepper Calamari $17 Plain Rice$6.50 and Mixed Entree $12 who will cooked a plain white loaf of bread sprinkled with sesame and deep fry it? My salt and pepper squid it’s not edible it taste gross and chewy! My mixed entree? One springroll with lots of celery and a little pork mince yuck it’s awful, then fried dumpling with raw filling of meat. Then sliced of white bread covered with sesame with awful smell! Atleast the plain rice they cooked perfect oh the container they used to put my mixed entree it comes from the bin it’s filthy! Save your money and your tummy from this gross restaurant. They don’t even deserved 1 star ⭐️ check photos guys.

This was the absolute worst Chinese i have ever eaten. Plain rice was burnt on the top, as if it was the last bit at the bottom of the pot. The rise also smelt old and like the rice you cook up and keep in the fridge for your dog. We were interested in one of there packs on uber eats and the honey chicken came with sauce on the side that tasted like water with a quick dash of honey, the sweet and sour pork had some sort of bone or cartilage inside it was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. Finally the Mongolian beef was half empty and I dont even know wtf it was to be honest, it was shit in a container. Also the dumplings are just from a box and microwaved. Half of our 'dumplings' were just the broken down dough scraps from the box. Aldi do better frozen dumplings. DO NOT BUY YOUR FOOD HERE.

If you’re looking for a full flavoured Chinese delight, then keep looking. These guys managed to find two flavours: garlic and chilli and felt no need to explore further. I thoroughly recommend this food for anyone with severe Covid as the experience will be in no way impacted by your loss of taste buds. I believe they managed to bribe acquaintances and employees into leaving any positive reviews at all, as I can’t see any other way anyone would actually enjoy their bland offerings. Save your money and go anywhere else, or just cook it yourself, then thank me later.

This was the worst food I have ever had. The fried rice was wet and soogy, the cashew chicken was watery and had no flavour expect for the foul tasting chicken (i assume it was off). The satey chicken sticks were deep fried (which was not stated on the menu), undercooked and had a tablespoon of rice sitting under them for no reason. The deep fried duck was all wings that were covered in an inch of batter which was also undercooked. When we called the resturant to tell them the problems they hung up on us and when we called back they pretended they couldnt hear us on the phone. Save your self the effort because the food and service are both shocking. I wish i could give 0 stars

Without doubt the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Food truly deserves 0 star rating. Soft noodles were tasteless. Seeet and sour pork disgusting, the sauce was watery, runny and had a strong acidic aftertaste. Steamed dim sims were probably steamed again and again and by the time I had them they were chewy and unpleasant. The only remarkable part was the price, $53 for the three items, i.e money straight into the bin. Never ever going back.

Terrible….DO NOT ORDER from here. Was told a 15-30 min wait, arrived 52 minutes after ordering and it was stone cold and tasteless and what little taste it did have was “off”. Considering this restaurant is under 5km from my house, it could have at the very least arrived hot. I worked for sandy and her husband for 4 shifts I was fired because they were not paying me correctly every shift I would have to ask for the money they didn't pay the night before.they originally wanted me to work for 10 per hour and 1 dollar per delivery I spent one night on that wage and negotiated a better wage but not by much.her solution to not paying correctly is I think we should finish up.never did they give away anything they make me sick to the stomach and have found a better job they had chicken that fell on the floor and put it in a bag.

I give this place a one star purely because the food was delivered very fast. I will never get food from this joint again. They don't know how to cook Chinese food and I'm surprised they are even still running. The ' fried dimsims' were pork wrapped in batter and deep fried, they were so oily the bag was dripping everywhere.. I've never seen a dimsim like this? The sweet n sour pork had no flavour to it and was watered down and didn't taste like pork at all. Here's hoping I don't wake up in the morning with food poisoning. DO NOT eat from here!

*Deliveroo order* My little brother found a hair in one of the dumplings so I brushed it off and told him it wasn’t a big deal cause I thought maybe it was one of ours, but not until I found a DEAD mosquito engraved into the pork dumpling!!! mind you this happened right after opening the containers freshly out of the bag, so there’s no way a hair could’ve flew into the food, about the mosquito are they even in season?? 9:30 order for take away. 9/3/2018. If I could, I would give no stars. Deep Fried Duck in Hoi Son sauce - the whole duck cut in quarters was just thrown in and left to deep fry to shink into nothing. Honey Chicken - wasn’t that great to personal taste, super shocked to see the honey sauce come seperately and not soaked in the golden goodness that Chinese cuisine I’ve had in the past. Also found two small bones in piece of chicken. Special Fried Rice - Zero taste, wouldn’t feed that to my dogs.

If I could give it a 0 I could. We ordered steam dim sum, sweet and sour pork and combination chow mein. The dim sim was not edible. We took one bite and spat it out. The sour pork was horrible. Had a few bites and that’s all we can handle. The chow mein was the only edible thing out of all although the noodles were over cooked. We use to go to this restaurant before and the food was good. A very lovely restaurant. The deco work is in its finest to the smallest items. Serving etiquette is perfect: waitresses leave you alone. You will soon feel like you are owning the place. I generally don't really pay attention to the spice/ taste as long as the environment is perfect. Out of all restaurants I have been to so far (luxurious and casual dining), this restaurant has the most pleasant dining experience. A truly little gem in the town.

We've been ordering from here for years, tonight we ordered via uber salt and pepper prawns as we usually do, the prawns were so hot (spicey) I got a blister in my mouth. I love spicey food however they should not have been chilli hot and it was ridiculously hot. We also ordered honey chicken, only half were honey the rest was boiled chicken. I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen however we will not be ordering from here for a while.

I order regularly from here, always honey chicken with crispy noodles, special fried rice and something else. Tonight the chicken was soggy ASF and tasteless. The noodles were like spaghetti. The fried rice was bulked up with peas n corn to fill the container up and the satay chicken was nothing like any satay chicken I've ever tasted not in a good way the only decent thing was the bottle of coke. I have been ordering at Say Inn for years, and never had a problem with food arriving late or cold or tasteless. My last order was missing an item and when I called, they were wonderful, apologised and refunded, good service. A little pricey but food always taste good, will definitely keep ordering there.

Ordered delivery through Menulog. Over $100 of different entrees, mains and desserts. Not one of them was above average. Most were well below average. Threw out chewy garlic scallops, sour bbq pork in plum sauce and thick doughy fried ice cream. Spring rolls and prawn toast were ok. Won't be ordering from them again.

The service was quick, but probably the worst Chinese prawn omelette I've ever tasted. It had plenty of prawns (therefore two stars) but the egg tasted more like flour than egg. I'm sure the egg mix has been bolstered by loads of flour. Very dissapointing.

Everything tasted like it was cooked in the same pan, the special fried rice smelt like feet, everything else tasted of oyster sauce. For the price charged I expected a lot more. Silver palace in St Marys is waaaay better and cheaper. Never buying again.
