This place is a hidden gem. It's a little piece of the Mediterranean right in my neighbourhood. Lots of interesting products that you won't find at the big 2 supermarkets, plus nice fresh coffee. Very nice staff. On Saturdays they usually have a sausage sizzle outside with big fat delicious snags. Support this deli!

If you are Italian or if you love Italian food, this place is a MUST. I have never thought I would find such great products of amazing quality. This stuff is even hard to find in Italy!!! you can imagine here in Melbourne. This place is my new favorite grocery!.

I think you ill find that the place you are talking about is 3 doors down 'Altona Fresh Centre' lots of mediterranean groceries, deli, cheeses fruit and veg and yes, sausage sizzle on Saturdays......

Good variety of products but I find it is expensive the deli meats are ridiculous prices and the cheeses. Fruit and vegetables are not bad and pasta pkts are good. 3 stars given based on prices.

The best fresh fruit and veggies, cannolis, delicatessen and speciality cooking ingredients. And the Saturday morning sausage sizzles are the best
